Zap i live 8 doors away from a convicted pedo, it was something i heard on the news earlier that had strange simmilarities to the bloke who lives by me, so when i heard that theres no indication she has been abused by him i was supprised , very supprised

From what i have heard in the last hour on sky news , so far theres nothing to sugest that Shannon was sexually abused by this bloke, which has the ''experts '' now baffled Who really knows , time will tell in this case

  13. maybe none of your ferrets... maybe your doing something wrong ! Maybe spuds will give us the answer to that Rich yeah..... he sounds like a real expert, & he must know what hes talking about, hes been ferreting for years ! I am curious to find out why someone would ferret i assume using ferrets if they all bite & should be shot, seems rather contradictory to me

  15. What do you put it down to
  16. So its biting & backing off then rather than latching on & hanging on for dear life
  17. Is it doing it when you go to pick it up & is the ferret generally struggling once you have got it securely , you know the sort of thing twisting its body & trying to latch on once you have the animal in your hands ?
  18. Allow it time to settle, its a big thing for the ferret, being moved , new smells & all the rest of it

  20. All anyone has to remeber is they need bringing out of season, so if you get down to brass tacks , what you said was correct they dont need to be mated to bring them out of season, one of the other methods is perfectly fine I think because most jills are speyed anyway its difficult to research how long a jill can stay healthy if left in prolonged esterus , i wouldnt like to test it to be honest , so all we can go on is whats out there information wise & hope that what we do is correct & dosent harm our ferrets in any way
  21. Well regardless of how many yrs a keeper has under his or her belt isnt the issue, you want to know so you find the relevent information , its there just look for it
  22. prob yes? .. not getting into a debate , BUT i have kept them not mated them , and its still going on strong now , .. im sure other people have also , IMO opinion its a NO , is there some scientific FACT if there is please point it out to me and will hold my hand up and say im wrong , so i believe it to be a myth , and i quote myself * then again i may be wrong* ... which i said in the 1st post on this , ... but if its true , then good advice giving , and dont take anything ive said with a pinch of salt lol Is there any scientific fact that leaving a jill in prolonged esterus wo
  23. Well if you leave the swelling as it is its more likely she will get some kind of infection basically as the vulva is open & they are so low to the ground, so by keeping them clean & tidy cage wise that should reduce the risk of infection, but its not the only reason they need to be brought out of season as indicated a few posts back
