I managed to get an hour or so on the back with the male greyhound this morning, he is fairly manic most of the time so to get him calm id rare i took advantage of this & got a few pics, not as clear as i would have liked but he kept moving Rob is pretty much a loner , he will come & lean on me if i sit on the slabs but i did get him interacting with his ball today , despite him ploughing through unmovable objects to get to it

Dont really see the point if you use a locator , cant see it being any use to anyone unless the ferret stays in one place & even if you can hear whats going on how do you know where to dig if you cant pinpoint the ferrets location -

To be honest i have been lucky with most of my animals the terrier we had to have pts last year was at the vets 3 times in 13 yrs , as for ferrets any jills i have had here havent come into season untill April time , so i dont bring out the second they swell , in this years case i got her jabbed in May , she did come back in around 7 weeks after she was jabbed but she has now come out naturally When i had a vasectomised hob he lived with all the entire jills all year & again they rarely came into season before April , some of my friends had had litters before mine came into season ,

I have a few options to look at , but need to get this £ 77 quid back first , seems its not going to be easy , if i had paid by direct debit it wouldnt be a problem as i used my switch card i now have to get a maestro dispute form from the bank & try that way, i cant see me getting the money back somehow , pretty pissed off right now

The ferrets have grown webbed feet here I know i was late paying the initial payment as i have to fork out £ 500 for a consumer unit i had to have as mine blew up last week pluss the lad bumping the usual bill up by double , the cheeky twats said if the payment shows up in the next few days they will use it to take off the August bill over my dead body they will, there history as soon as i can get a mac code of the pratts

Anyone thinking of switching to talk talk for internet & calls dont bother there total wankers , paid my phone bill on friday over the phone , the £ 77 went out of my bank account that day & they cut my service this morning ,, phone & broardband To cut a long story short they said i had to pay £ 107 to get my phone & broard band put back on, i argued that i had paid the £ 77 quid on Friday, there claiming they havent received it , spoke to my bank today & its been banked by talk Talk , so now i have got to get the bank to get the money back which could take weeks ,

She would more than likely batter it with the muzzle, there have been plenty of small animals killed this way when an owner has thought a muzzle would solve problems. yes totally agree with you on the muzzle . i have spent a lot of time watching her & just observing how she behaves and i spotted how she will use her feet when trying to access something as well as her nose

I would feel happier if she could be trusted , incase i have any escapees on the yard, my previous dogs were very good with any ferret i brought here, but having them as pups was the key i think , i really dont think she will ever be able to be trusted with one loose , even if i muzzled her she could still kill one using her feet

Well i may just feed the dogs the little gits , did i tell you about there escape attempt on sat there really quite naughty & i havent had kits this willfull for years , there all the same , not one laid back ferret amongst them their worse than kids I have a mesh door on the front of my shed to stop cats and my dogs running up the front of the cages, there was a two inch gap at the top of the door, only had enough wood for that sized door, while I was watching the kits run around the shed, Anikah run up the mesh, over the top of the door onto the shed roof, climbed down a cl

I dont think she will ever be broken to them, perhaps just tollerate them in the run , she is a little better than when she first arrived here people have got ex racers living with cats kay ,so dont give up hope yet ps what was her racing name Perhaps she may be ok but i wont hold my breath Madge formerly known as Dermots Spirit
