It's a small world I know Richard who owns the gym lol he used to come up to higher level gym in Scotland a lot.

To be honest mate I would be foolish to underestimate bangers he comes across as a well rounded thai fighter that's not to be laughed at i know first hand that those boys in that game are dangerous, he certainly comes across that he knows what he's talking about. Yes mate it's probably as hot as the fens aswell there's a police training academy just 10 mins up the road before Alloa always hoatching around that area skin flats it's called. Killed my first 3/3 on there. Good block of land though 1 man job on and off
