Not sure why you think he can't Back at my best I could do 20 in the first set wide grip.... Then do another 4..5 sets...these next sets wouldn't be 20...15...13...etc....add it up...70..80 reps in 15 mins or so

120 is excellent though no mater which way... With pull ups you always get diminishing reps every set..if going for failure

Sounds to me like you want some kind of strongman routine...you know enough to crack on...getting a gym with the equipment is the difficult bit ..unless you got some There's loads of plans out there.. Youtube guy I used to watch alot was Brian alsrhu...strong man but very fit with it... He always trains in giant set format...check him out

I've always took the binos...love watching the run up close...it helps at the mo as well when running two together...ones grey and ones black...can be difficult at distance seeing who's doing the work...handy as well for seeing who's about ... Thermal is a new thing for me...and by heck is it a time saver...

Stopped me car on Saturday half mile out my village ...gang of chaps with eagles flying at the hares..I said they would get a few and me and the boy watched one take a hare...

In all honesty mate I never witnessed enough to give you an answer...you and other guys on here will have seen far more than me.... I was lucky enough to be invited out by the likes of Miles ...and Chris moyes...and got to meet a number of the names talked about in threads such as these..and they all had good dogs...There are obviously stand out runs you remember of course.... Miles dog that got sold to Saudi...forgot its name....one day out near Boston that had a grueller 4..5 minutes and mate that hare was a machine....it was f***ing flying it was so fast it created its own weather

Yeh they are...missed most these last few weeks...fluffed one the other day but it got away....this one they got ...I think it made a mistake...going threw the hedge it's a very thin hedge and they fly through all the gaps normally...but that's where they got it
