I remember all my mates that worked in the pits....they always said the lads that went to the gyms were lazy as feck....got to save your energy for the gym...lol mind they would bitch about the gym lads...then in the next breath tell you a story about how they got a 6 hour kip in some hole somewhere out the way....lol
  3. well you could try that..... but there are plenty of labs online.....I think that thread the other month about trt ....there were some links to websites for people wanting to trt ...on them sites there were places that did full bloods.....if my memory is right on that.....if I'm wrong about that...then look on line or at bodbuilding sites....there lots of good info out there .... I'm sure it was around £150....

  5. which brings us back to having your blood done...and checking your test levels.....its not something I have ever done but if I was concidering taking trt or gear I would now.... I think I'm at a normal level ...only because when I have looked on trt sites on the net theres a list of things which are assoiated with low test....and I meet none of the criteria....so I think I'm at a normal level for my age.... funny when you look in to it....it does kind of sugest that taking trt is like the fountain of youth....must admit to thinking about it again but actualy for my injurys and repair

  7. yeh of course.....but the only reason I'm overweight is cos I eat to much....or rather I was..... when I stopped using them ....I lost weight...but was still muscular with not a bad physique ....around that time I was also doing a fair amount in the boxing gym...so I looked a bit leaner as well.... no the fat gain for me ....was completely stopping training a few years later and still eating like a was training
  8. with regard to wining a medal and being comfortable with it......I think you have to rember there all doing it....you can bet silver and bronze were doing the same....I think you have to accept that top level sport pretty much there all at it...

  10. same here mate....started training in 87-88.....didn't do a thing till 95-96....then nothing since the melenium ...about 4 year at it....small cycles 4-6 weeks....then 2-3 month off...sometimes longer.....winstrol ..sus...mainly...one shot of sus a week ..3 shots of winstrol.....

  17. as much as I like the tv show.....it boils my piss seeing folk going out in town dressed like peaky blinders...theres even a few bars that do it as a theame...and I have been told there are some doors in London where the doormen are dressed like that.....what the f**k...

    yes mate ..I trained from 20-35...then completely stopped....at 35...my daughter was born ..my first kid...we moved house to where we live now...and I started the pest control busnes ... I came back to the gym when I was 42...and it was a bit hit and miss....in as much as soon as sept came round I was out hunting...till march.....only these last 3-4 years I have kept it up bar some time off with injurys...

    lol.....I know how that feels.....I was never really strong ...but when I look back at what I could do compaired with now....it pisses me off....but I have to think...im 52...im still training hard and enjoying it.....so that's all that matter really...I did 4 and half plate deadlift at ....think that's 210 kilo I think..at 13 stone..mind I was in my early 20's then...

    its always had lactose in it.....although you can buy lactose free.....wich incidently is lower in calories that semiskimmed
