any advice please,pup keeps going to toilet in her crate,even when she,s loose il find shes gone back into her crate to go to toilet im sure her breeder used to put a towel down for the litter, as he kept them in the house, i do this also but she just seems to think she has to go somewhere soft, has any body got any ideas, jamie

a friend of mine swears by an electronic collar,he trains, breeds,and works spaniels he has four bitches,i havnt seen the collar myself but he tells me it has setting on it and gives the dog a shock on the collar when it pulls, if used correctly its got to be better than yanking it back on a choker,or controling with a stick, i will add he brings all dogs out together and you will never see happier dogs they iderlise him and visa versa,

get some dog biscuits in,if its warm they,ll be on the top plenty of biscuits before you drop yours in,if you havnt got a controller float,just free line and hook a pva bag on to give you a bit of weight,jamie

hi lads can you give me your advice please,went to look at a litter last night to pick a pup,had the chose of 2 i was first drawn to the smallest one,she,s the smallest of the litter ,very quite sits on her own,the 2nd pup was alot bigger boned and alot more livelier, im looking for a quite dog to evenually do rabbits and poss the odd bigger one on the lamp,ferrets etc.. ive told the lad il have the livelier one,but im just wondering if ive made the right decision,jamie

stick with the price tel,bitch and pups look in great nik,make good rabbiting dogs, if you sell them to cheap who knows where theyll end up,

thanks for replying,but alot of you are talking about dogs being shot for interfering with livestock, that wasnt really my point,although still intresting,a keeper i know through other avenues tells me he gets lads on his land after bigger stuff than rabbits,and he shoots the dogs to this day,and i just wondered if it was true or was he lifting my leg abit, thanks jamie,
