I remember last year there seemed to be a whole load of people saying they'd definately enter it this time round, but only one or two have actually done it, surely we must be able to hit 32 this year, makes for some nice spending money for christmas for someone..............ho ho ho............

Depends if there's any people waiting in the wings!!!! You can enter another dog of yours if that happens, but once you've started with a dog it has to be that one throughout............

Looking to start it September and aim to get it wrapped up before Xmas, that way should improve the chances of getting plenty out and no young kicking about.........................

Got it Smartdog........ Once singlehanded confirms his place we'll have 22 people entering, there's a couple of others who might be putting in too, just waiting on them getting back to me, if everyone gets the entry money in asap, then we can get places confirmed and numbers sorted...........happy days!!!!!!

Just in case people haven't seen it, there is a a thread in the sub section for the lamping comp this year, waiting on a couple of confirmations and then we'll only need 10 more dogs to hit 32, this year is gonna be a cracking event, especially if we can fill all 32 places!!!!! We're gonna have the usual trophies, hopefully more prize money (if we get 32)............We've had prizes put forward from StrongStuff and John Hubbery from DD Timber Products and will soon be negotiating for the final too, this could possibly involve a weekend in Scotland for the 2 finalists with kennels for the d

This will give them an incentive to go and take lessons.................. ...............loads of people have said they'd enter but cant drive, but some of the offers of land i've had for heats and maybe the final are not really gonna be assessible unless you've got a car, and i dont think its fair for one of the offers who's willing to put people up too to have to have possibly 4 people staying, cos they cant drive themselves........
