    A dog that is labelled as a 'fighter' on the track doesn't have its mind 100% on catching the mechanical hare. Not all but a very high percentage are totally different when run on live hares & will pass another dog without a problem.

    I would think it might be quite difficult to sell on a regular basis owing to the nature of the product but ultimately it comes down to basic economics. If you don't have to commit to booking a pitch long term then i don't see why you shouldn't give it a go, if you didn't want to do that at first you could always try & give/sell a few jars to butchers & the like that have stalls. If things aren't going to well get a few friends to be a fake production team & make out you are being filmed for tv, you're sell out in double quick time

    The way things are going at the track you might be back before the comp starts. Its been put back a week at the moment as they didn't have sufficient entries. Too many dogs have gone lame & word about the state of the track seems to have put a few folk off as well.

    In the mean time it might be an idea to post a little about your birds etc. so that folk don't think you are just using the forum to sell your stock I'm sure there would be a fair bit of interest/discussion.

    Plenty of Pakistanis are into coursing & racing in their homeland & the UK. They used to make up more than half the attendance at Edgeware, Hanningfield & Lingfield flaps & were by far the heaviest gamblers. A good few used to course greyhounds under rules as well. Was it at Ardingly when the Mujahadeen rocked up in their Subaru? Keen blokes to be fair to them No that was the coursing at Alresford where it pissed down with rain all day & there was six of them & two dogs crammed in their little car

    The next three are certainly all on Setanta but there are a good few mma sites that have links up to footage within hours so it doesn't really matter unless you want to watch it live in the early hours of the morning.

    It was quite a good scrap with Griffin dictating how the fight went. He hurt Rampage in the early rounds with repeated kicks to the knee & at one point had a triangle choke. To be honest i thought Rampage looked a little 'flat' at times especially when he couldn't get his own way.

    Its being shown live tomorrow morning 03.00 on Setanta Sports1 I have to go with the favourite Rampage. I think he has much better stand up in being able to throw combinations instead of the single strikes Forrest tends to throws & he will be able to take it to the ground when he wants. Rampage will have to be careful of not getting caught though with a knee in a Thai Clinch which Forrest likes to use or getting sloppy on the floor & submitted. Rampage in three for me.
