my pups are daytime mooching from about 12 weeks then about 5 month a couple of dropped rabbits and at 6 month the odd run on the lamp about 9 month i have them killing rabbits strong till about 11 month then doubled up on hare in a small place at 12 month give them a run single handed on the light on a hare in the right place once they kill the odd hare in the lamp back on bunnys till they hardley miss one then a nice break about 3 weeks to a month off just mooching then back at it. not everyones way of doing things

its all about terrain thyere allways harder to kill on the bald but be it the bald down here or the bold up north there about the same id say obviously if im running golf courses down here and heather clad or long tuffety grass up north the rabbits are harder to kill down here but vice versa

he aint seeing loads of fox mate maybe 2 a week max but he is doing them well he retrieved 4 hares single tonight we had 10 all toll

its not that hot on the plains you just have to stay away from the heli pad and the new airport on tidworth side and your ok we lamp it a fair bit for some reason the roedeer seem alot stronger on there too? as for the fen i rate parsons drove number one them hares are top

im not selling one it was a mates dog for sale and it is another mate who comes on as me because he is not a member that is looking for one. part timer ha pm me when ever you want to have a look out in the lamp as i have not got nothing of standard to kill hares daylight ive only lamped for the last couple of seasons but when i was daylight coursing i was running bob davis and kipper cruise bred stuff mostly you talk aload of shit you are the most silly talking man ive heard but never mind just pm if you want a look out

geordie tossers nah only jokeing but you are spot on inan all the top stuff [or most] of the top stuff for out and out killing hares has come from geordie land and i also agree about terrain wich is why fen hares are superior everything is in the dogs favour its flat theres space the ground is not stoney and all types of terrain setaside plough rolleddirt seed even stubble and them hares just dont want to die my opinion and it may well be wrong but like i say its my opinion is bigger the land better the hare?

ive run hares all over the country and killed alot the best hares ive ran are without a doubt fen the only place that comes close to them are salisbury plains this thread is a joke get off your computers and run fen hares then come back share your thoughts with us all

I BUSH MY DOGS 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK LAMP EVERY POSSIBLE NIGHT AND GIVE THEM ABIT BEHIND THE MOTOR ONE WAY IVE FOUND VERY EFFECTIVE IS LIKE SNOOP SAID TO SPEED LAMP ON THE BUNNYS EXERCISES EVERYTHING IN A DOG FROM ITS BRAIN DOWN AND SHARPENS THEM UP FOR BIG EARS LOADS OF WORK GETS UM RIGHT

disgrace thats wat it is you can follow the dock all the way to the spine same with the ribs aqnd 100% fact a dog gets energy from fat not carbs ive seen dogs melt like butter in the sun after a good 4 or 5 minute run but never ever seen nothing in that state its like one of them the rspca puts on telly
