why??????? when you can drop the dog into a 3 or 4 foot hole and sit with you ear to the ground for 2 or 3 hours and hear everything you need to no about your terrier because 3 or 4 foot holes dont have double or treble tubes in them and game cant give the dog a run around the same. Dog has to be a good finder and stayer in big earths.

if it were my dog on trail id be diggin it between 6 and 9 feet in a very hard earth just to make sure hes a stayer mate.
