  1. Stunt I would not breed a dog that has not worked in the ground myself. . Although at this time most of my game is in a hay mow or under a house .
  2. The bottom dog is Ed ... The other 2 are off of him .. I have hunted with 2 of the 3 . I think that alone speaks alot. These days I think more have hunted with dogs off of Ed .. I have hunted with dogs off of sparky as well as Jrjr . bob you dont have anything to say about the rest of the dogs you have hunted with in the states ?
  3. Back to the topic ... I think alot think a good preforming dog means a good producing stud in that is not the case ... I would say in the states the top in my book goes to the Sparky dog . I would also say JrJr has to be up there as he has produced for good ones like Woody I would like to hear from the other side of the pond on this .
  4. Ddog , I wish you could have made the hunt a couple weeks ago as we had people from 4 states having a great time. I don't talk about what my dogs do as have never been a fan of tooting my own horn. Hell I don't have a dog I have bred to toot about , lol As I tell you all the time I am up to hunt. I am hunting give me a call and show up. I would like to plan for the hunt. When you called me today and we talked about it I was all ready to plan the trip. I just can't plan for another hunt that never happens, Like the SD hunts. I have done this a few tomany times and people alwa
  5. I just wanted to ptart this topic as the last one went the wrong way
  6. Christian I don't mean this in a smart aleck way,so don't take it like that, but you don't know what I do with my dogs.Admittedly,no,I don't do what I would call hunting as it is little and far between. My family and friends take the dogs out.I am pretty much kennel-boy but this is old news.I just this wk(along with family of course)took War out,"myself" and he got a couple nice sized coon. So,I "care" cause my name is mentioned.Just as I'm sure you would care if you're name was mentioned. I don't mean to insinuate anything and if it comes out that way,I apologize. But just as you state that
  7. I read another post and wanted to ask a general question ... So one day you take a dog out and he refuses to hunt game . then 3 Months later he goes and looks great on a 2 hour badger dig. Do you breed it ? I say the dog never would have been dog for 2 hours. Let just say for some reason he did ... I AM NOT TAKING JABS AT ANYONE JUST WANT TO TALK HUNTING AND BREEDING HERE ..
  8. feed and water your dog and get a farm vet !
  9. Honest question ... Is it that hard to locate a good hunting staffy these days on that side of the pond ?
  10. ... Alot only hunt so they can make a post to impress on the net . . I don't hunt for the WWW. I hunt to see good dog work ... So just because you don't see a post that doesn't mean I am not in the field ...And just cause you see another man post doesn't mean his heart is in the field
  11. Yes Mud we had a great time. Seen some good dog work with some good people .. More info on terrier lounge .
  12. I am not a writer brother. So would the high road in this one to let the guy get filled with bs and have him send the money as you did? ok .... I simply asnwered the post and asked a question . Who is the group working them? I wanted to know I have seen one booth dog that I liked it however did not come through Deadgame hands. I like to know what is working. I am also not a photographer but here is a picture from this weekend
  13. Here is the consensus Who is the group that say he is legit?
  14. What do you mean ? Do you mean deadgame kennels ?Todd Fulford ??
  15. I am really confused ... I guess you are too .. I don't have any dog with your fathers blood in it .. If I did I would have cull or gifted them all away . For 2reasons ... He said himself that they are not bred to have any hunt drive and the second I will keep to myself... I can tell it bothers you alot that I will not pay for a dog... You continue to speak with out knowing facts .. Like the fact that I paid someone back for a gift and now you trying to take credit because the dog has a buzz going here in the states .. The Booth family has nothing to do with the Gizmo dog .
  16. I don't usually comment much these days, but that statement speaks volumes. Genuine lads don't need to take money for their dogs. And no genuine lad would ever say they "had the best". One thing i have seen in my short time on this planet is that when money gets involved in the working dog scene it just about ruins it! Why not keep a dog for its ability to ground, not its ability to earn??????? A sad state of affairs.... (Ability to Ground) Well said Jonathan Booth France Jonathan read the post before you post on it.. I think you failed to see the point of J d
  17. I would rather go unknown then have reputation that some have ... I also do not recall this convo with barnburners ... I have only talked with Paul after already have had terriers .. I have never said I had great dogs .. There for I have no need to reply cause I will be open with you . I have never bred a good terrier ... You know why cause I have never bred a terrier. I don't breed unless I have a need .. How do you repay a gift ? I thought you said you were going to stay off the boards.
  18. Yankee here are five very good dogs that I got from Tony, that were bred from Tony. !. FC Fulford's/Riviotta's Kori. A very good all around worker, would find anything anywhere. Very smart dog, that was incredibly hard. She was in the ground for 3 days once, when we finally got her out, she got a drink of water and took off hunting again. She was hunted almost every day for seven years straight. No matter how sore or swollen she was, She never showed any sign of quitting ever. She was never worked on Badger... She died at almost nine years old. Killed by two neighbors dogs.
