right so on a talking sake if to pass one the gene the would either need to be 3/4 breed or a 1st cross to another 1st cross? This is a bit confusing. But then genetics would defo not be my strong point. cheers poacher & dances

Hi there now i have a question for those of you that are more experinced then me Now i have heard that you cant get the feather gene from a 1st cross saluki/grey is this true? Also what crosses would you get the feather gene to be more prominent? thank you in advance Terrie

Just like to say what a load of crap was a good post untill all the crap started!! What does it matter if u had a good dog most people do at some point or another! (im not saying u didnt jst saying most ppl have a gd one at some point) It seems to me like someone is just out for an argument.. Another good post turned crap!

thanks guys feels a bit more real this morning! Im gutted he was doing to have a cracking season this year he had a good one last year too. Its the first lurcher i have had that this has happend to. thanks again people

Just lost my only working lurcher dog cant belive it. Im pure gutted. My partner had him out lamping and he got ran over. the road is a fair bit away so didnt expect it at all.otherwise he would have been slipped. My partner came in & told me and i dont think it has sunk in to be honest. Rest in peace boy.and thank you for all those great night out.x

Well i for one have my fingers crossed that they are not intoduced! (well not while im here if i move then aye why no) lol No really on a serious note i think that they are kidding them selfs on. I know for one thing my partner would not be happy with his birds haveing yet another flipping perdator! -

Hi there i was out tonight when i came across a red squirrel. I had been knocked down but was in good condition (considering). Now i want to get this done properly by a taxidermist. And i am wondering what do i do, do i freeze it? How much will it cost roughly? I have reported this to the police to keep my self in the right. And they gave me a number. Can any one recommend a good taxidermist? Thank you Terrie

Stunning! Fireman she is a wee cracker. I thought that the colouring would have shown through a bit more but now she looks cream with a beige fleck through it. Sound as though she is doing good cant wait to hear about her as she progresses. Yeah did any one else say how the other pups are coming along?
