Anyone Interested In A Pcp Project
zini replied to the big chief's topic in General Airgun Discussion
Davy T would have that up and running in a short time buddy. Hes the man with AA pcps. Maybe save it for him and see what he can do to help you out first. -
Im a big HW fan. AA are also quality but I just love how a HW shoots.

HW98, HW80 or 95 are all very good rifles and will beat any SMK even on a very very bad shooting day. Not really had much to do with the 90 but have heard good things about them. Try the HWs mate and see which suits you best.

I think both rifles are very nice and extremely accurate. I'm not sure if they could shoot 1 hole groups at 70 yards or not (maybe they can) but I've never met anyone with that skill to prove either can or not. 1 hole groups at 70 yards is staggering, probably bordering on world class and there is only probably a handful of shooters in the world that could regularly achieve that sort of group and even them i think would be shot indoors as the elements would I'm sure effect the trajectory of the pellet outside enough to knock the pellet slightly off course to make the pellet fall outside th

Just wanted to say a HUGE big thank you to Steve Watson aka A1WOC (photo of Steve next to the hamster pics) for making me my new custom hamster. Its lovely and feel so comfy in the hand. It arrived today while i was at work. After reading Steve's fitting instructions the hamster was fitted in just 10 minutes. I think that you will agree Steve as done a first class job on this hamster and the stippling is lovely. Cant wait to try it out on Sunday at ODP HFT course. Thanks a million Steve . Si.

Hi Scott, A PCP doesn't need a bed in time and amount of pellets like a springer mate. You just find the best pellet for the barrel and off you go. Its best to pull the barrel through though from new to remove any grease from the manufacture process and wipe any excess grease off the action. You will see a slight difference in power as the weather gets warmer or colder mate. If your lucky your .22 will like a light pellet. Mine doesn't like the lighter ones as much as the heavier one. Thats a problem for HFT but very useful for hunting.
