Have been and put rings bar etc up today and mowed the rings so all sorted countrywide and a local chap have sponsored us some prizes too so this year the winners will have more than a rosette to take home fingers crossed the weather is good as forecast see you all there.

drifter, can i ask you a truthful question, if i was to turn the clock back on the bitch you are speaking about, would you do the same thing with her, our would you hold on to her to mature for another season after her first few digs. Yes no problem mate No I would not want her back she was an out and out coward but would fight other dogs for fun and the last earth she walked out from was 0.4 I kicked the ground through and there was the quarry she had completely quit but then when tied up fired into another dog. No 2 dogs are the same folks and they all need handling in different ways Iv had a young dog before that started at 12 months of age and had accounted for over 100 by the end of his first season this is not somthing that I am proud of or bragging about nor would I do it again but that dog made everything look easy from the off and never once looked back he did not know what giving up was and he paid the ultimate price for his courage at three yars old when he was dug dead at 3 yrs old but that is another story, I have a young dog off this dogs litter sister here now and he is over 2 years of a

Best advise I can give is dont panic lol Just had first litter off my bitch and apart from the obvious that was best bit of advise I had I was on the phone to my mate for most of it and in the end he told me to get a grip and let the bitch get on with it. Atb Drifter

Forgot to say the terrier show is a qualifier for the nwtf champs at ragley hall, Next year we should have qualifiers for alot more but This Is my first year running the show and by the time I knew I was organising it we were too late to get any others sorted for this year, Please dont let this put you off folks It will be a cracking day and the Judges do work there dogs!! Who else is coming for a look then???
