  1. Hoping!! and should be free entry?? for the SACs team anyone helping out is a member of the team Tom
  2. Finally, we are greatly increasing our game fair presence this year, and we have been invited to become the main membership organisation at four shows in England What would really make a great show season for me personally?? is the input of members and supporters, My personal opinion has always been that SACs is a grassroot organisation, member led and member run!! No!! tweed and toff's but ordinary fieldsports enthusiasts, Thats why I'd like to ask a favour?? I'm looking for members, supporters, and clubs to take part in our promoting SACs and rural pursuits at these shows?? I'm hoping
  3. Your Applicatition will be dealt with by, Strathclyde Police, Pitt Street Glasgow can I suggest you Pm me with a telephone contact no: for me to contact you?? and I can offer some advice from the Scottish Association for Countrysports we as an organisation deal with the licensing dept in Glasow on a regular basis, Because of your age we can give you a free membership and legal advice before you submit your application?? we'll help you dot the i's and cross the t's Tom
  4. Thanks for the E-mail Boss Man, and the opportunity to stay Now a clear message has been sent to all concerned! lets get back to what we do best (sharing experience's, renewing and building old and new friendships, but!! most of all having a laugh with each other Tom Ps: anyone else calls me a hairy arsed tranny in a tartan skirt I'm fecking leaving
  5. Ditch Shitter Listen you feckin bampot! remember who's site it is, I thought it was Ian B's?? I've already aske to be deleted, and until Ian deletes me? I can still look and go where ever I like? I don't have any personal vitriol against you, wether your a forum moderator or a chat moderator there is'nt a blind bit of difference your still a feckin moderator and still decieded to do nothing about the jew comment, I notice you only picked up on the points you wanted too and made no comment about refering to ordinary members freeloading, there was no screaming and shouting on my part, and I
  6. Ditch refers to himself as "I'm a man of principle" I for one would question that He's referred to members in the past as "freeloading" why should ordinary members of this forum be insulted just because they for whatever decide not to be donators, "a man of principle" would allow members to make decisions and accept that!! A man of principle's and a Mod would not allow the term " Tight Arsed Jewish Pricks" in or remain in the forum? If I called any member of the Forum an English b*****d, Irish C@nt or a Welsh Pr;ck I'd deserve to be censured and rightly so!! Why has it not been removed?
  7. This is one of the worst moments for me that I can think of!! its nearly 3 years to the day since I joined and I've loved every minute of it and I'm gonna miss a lot of you mad feckers, You are some of the most genorous (of heart) genuine, honest decent and fearless folk I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I'll miss you Love and God bless Tom Please delete me!!‏ From: Tom Chalmers (tom.sacs@hotmail.com) Sent: 10 January 2008 22:59:58 To: huntinglife@gmail.com Hi Ian I'm probably shooting myself in the foot here? but could you please delete me from
  8. This issue is a matter of choice!! and therefore its up to the individual,!! but what I would envisage is!! that some bonafide members will go elsewhere? and that would be a major problem? some other site getting the benefits of members experience's, when those experiences should stay here!! some of us are members of other forums and allready contribute to them with posts and topics. The Hunting Life is undoubtably the best forum of its kind on the web and to take a massive step like charging would be disasterous, it smacks of eletism and another!! them and us scenario "private club" What
  9. There is no such thing as spent convictions while applying for the grant of a firearm/shotgun certificate all convictions must be declared!! Tom
  10. As some of you are aware?? Tielky raised an issue re: his own problems re SACs insuranc re: SGC appeal and he gave his reasons why he no longer holds a shotgun certificat I have a moral obligation to members of the SACs hunting life club ( I helped form the club by recruiting members for the Scottish Association for Countrysports) to keep them informed when questions are asked!! that may or may not effect them?? below is a reply from Ian Clark the Director of THe Scottish Association for Countrysports. I would ask forum members for their view on the matter? Tom -----------------------
  11. teilky say's " Then why was i as member not covered? In a sgc appeal i was told £500 down payment and £100 a month to pay Mr C from up in oil city. Ps also said could stop the appeal at any time , when it get realy costly. you tell me tom are we insured or it fecking depends ?? on who you are ?" My answer: I don't feckin know! and its the first I heard of it!!! are you willing to tell us why you were refused in the first place?? also why you were asked for funds, and are you referring to Tom Cruikshank?? It seems absolutely unbelievable to me that any membe
  12. Teilky!! I don't know who the feck your conducting a poll re: sacs insurance for?/ but here's what it covers!! are you a member and whats your interest?? Tom Ps; the association has allready successfully had firearm/shotgun licences granted to members who had previously been refused SACS INSURANCE What does it actually cover? One of the most common reasons for joining SACS is in order to be certain of having proper third party insurance cover, in case something happens and you end up being sued. Most people don’t read the small print, though, and as a resu

  18. I thought I was the only one who ranted and raved Tom Ps: And the so-called Scottish Alliance are still doing feck all too change the Scottish publics perception of hunting with dogs, not just hounds!!!!!!!!!
  19. Exactly!!! no mention of Terrier/Lurcher work or the enthusiasts? Its about mounted/footpacks and organised MFHA Hunts, there is also no mention of minkhounds Beagles, Staghounds or Coursing , why?????? This is from THE SCOTTISH COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE'S media centre today Click on link: http://www.scottishcountrysidealliance.org...1&Itemid=49 No!! mention of appealing or recinding any hunt ban in Scotland or even reporting the latest appeals in the House of Lords?? they're just not fecking interested up here and thats self evident by the SCA website Tom
  20. Rember, legislation in Scotland is different!! here we have our own legal system and the right to forge our own legislation!!!!!!!! it was'nt a UK parliment that banned/put restrictions on hunting in Scotland, but a devolved Scottish Assembly !! and did'nt I read somewhere that Mr Friends appeal was for the most part financed by the USCW and private donations,?? rather than the SCA/CA (SCOTTISH COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE? Click on the link: http://www.ucsw.org/News_PDFs/07.10.11%20-...%20L%20case.pdf Tom
  21. Thanks Compo, For me the issue isnt about the difference in attitude between Scots and English hunting enthusists I don't think there is a difference its about what CA/SCA did after the ban and the attitude of it hierachy particularly here in Scotland, I am invoved with SAC's in a volountarily basis helping to recruit members! This organisation itself has a lot to answer for as well! our former director did absolutely feck all or very little in support of working dogs our new Director Ian Clark is passionate about all fieldsports and does not discriminate for or against
  22. Oh!! you must be the ugly fecker on my left then Tom
  23. Bottom picture who's the good looking guy on the left?? Tom
