To be fair run is 6ft widex 15 ft long trlis with panel fence on opposite sides and kennel sits outside of run with panel on one side of door so porch sounds good thanks sky cat

Just changing topic slightly .just re felted my kennel and was wondering how to stop rain getting threw door last year I put heavy rubber gasget over door but dog just pulls it off what do you recommend thanks .I wash down each day bedding when needed depending on weather and food and water everyday . I don't eat of dirty plate nor should my dog

Good shout cos I did enjoy the morning as I said very good way of getting dog fit I was amazed how fit and agile mates beddy grey was up and down that hill for 2-3 hours. in the big downs fields on lamp my dog leaves her over 200 meters but there she was awesome

Because it stood in mates back yard with the ferrets walking about for half hour ok was on lead granted then in car park with ferret box open still he never showed signs then we put nets out and they were popping up here and there and he had a few runs over and around burys so we assumed he was fine till it popped up right next to him if my mate and myself didnt feel fine with him we wouldn't. Of taken him we are not kids it was an fitness exercise . I don't need to know we let our judge down and I let my dog down I need to know how to rectify it mAny thanks for honest depots

Well I don't believe in striking my dogs so I done what I always do when a dog is wrong and grabbed him by scruff of neck and forced his head into ground with strong command of no and a few choice words thought mate was going to attack him with shovel !! But on the way home started thinking he has never done it before (long netting) and all he was doing was picking up the next thing out of bury so was he that wrong

Went out long netting this morning and my 2year old deer grey was doing fine on the odd bolter then mates best or favourite ferret how ever you look at it ? pops his head out of hole as my dog is just caught a rab !! Dog drops rab then rags f@&k out of ferret . Now mates mortified , I'm gutted gave mate £10 and will buy him another Jill as I don't keep ferrets is there a way to stop dog killing them in future or just don't take dog again ?????

Try lemons they hate them !! Then use lemon floor cleaner might work but I would buy a kennel if I were you

Make sure growth plates have settled and try her at around 11 months to year don't rush her just few runs here and there then bit more at end of season you should be aiming for fit and ready for next season then try her on everything
