they will be to view it.. people that own youtube will be able to.. just normal viewers wont.. only friends.. police would have to have away to view hiden video's on youtube just incase of abuse/rape anythink that comes down to stuff like that.. but im sure it's someone that works on youtube checks the video's and if some think is bad then they contacted the police an let them see it.. what kind of video do you want to upload to hide from police? lol

fell off a roof when i was younger... broke my arm an had to have a pin put in.. but lucky my chest hit the top of the bin on the way dwn which pushed my arms.. could of been alot worse, could of landed on my neck an done alsorts of damage .. learnt never to climb stuff after that had a few good months off school tho because i wasnt able to write lol so wasnt to bad watchin cartoons all day

Well someone needs to find out where the law stands regarding minors , it could bring a whole host of issues & people like social services sniffing about As no one seems to know exactly what can & cant be done regading children then maybe wait untill someone does it is a very un-clear law, what it says is that if the picture is deemed "sexual perocative" then your in the sh*t but everyone has there own view on wht that is...its a silly law that needs reviewed.....but most photographer wont do anything other than fashion shots with people under the age of 18....im trying to

alot of people start modeling at 13.. Many agencies start signing girls when they are 13 or 14, just they need parental permission. thats not for porn or stuff like that before anyone says...
