  1. I've been asked to have a go at some rabbits on my permission using traps, the majority of runs lead from a load of bushes and there is a couple of little ponies in the same field......would It be best to just walk away from trapping them or is there a kind of tunnel I can make so i dont end up with the ponies lips or hoofs setting them off.. I cant seem to find it now, but I've seen a few home made tunnel designs posted on here, just wondered what a good size of entry tunnel to make
  2. I feel sorry for the Mcanns.................... But mainly as they are stupid. If I lived across the road from a pub, would it be ok for me to go on the piss with my Mrs I dont think so.............. I cant believe some people think its ok to ever leave a child on there own let alone 3 kids in a room in a foreign country A very hard lesson has been dealt here, one that I hope makes all parents wake up and start being responsible for there actions when parenting. Who ever did this must of watched the parents having dinner without the kids and taken a oppertunity to grab m
  3. I cant believe they left a little girl to even possibly wake up after sleeping on her own The thing my Mrs through into the equasion was ......wasn't there another two toddlers or babies in that room when Maddie was supposodely snatched, Surely someone who is as derranged to to something like snatch a kid would of taken the youger babies And add the fact that they left some younger kids than Maddie on there own well.................... for a women who's is supposedly an inteligent woman doctor and mother, I find it fecking stupidly disgracefull behavior Still god bless Maddie
  4. Any chance of a another picture of your terrier I was admiring the dog aswell
  5. Interesting stuff always good to learn something....... could the reason b nuttal bred a smaller terrier was that a fox would be more likely to bolt I dont think a big dog that would block a fox from bolting or kill under ground would be of much use to a Hunt terrier man.......or hunt followers therefore wouldnt it be better to give a better chance of a bolt if the dog was of smaller excuse my ignorance but it kind of make sence to me as a newbie
  6. That was a good read Mr1 I dont know a great deal about B nuttal....... did he not do hunt terrier work? and just dig.....
  7. Good shooting........looks like the the new Hw100 mk2 , I hear they are whisper quite with the new silencer Is your Weirach .22 or 177 ? just got one myself only Mk1 nice gun
  8. I got to say its probably about time there was a new catergeory for other terrier sport, ie Ratting, bushing......... Then I believe some of the fox control lads wouldnt get so pi$$ed of with people talking about ratting with a patterdale or Jacks going to ground ect......

  14. Hello mate ... a Ton is around .7 of a cubicM My advice is get two ton of ballast delivered and the cement ......that should be enough for you to finish whats left on the other slab and be enough for your other slab Dont bother with the hardcore mate.....for what you want it for just stick a bit of mesh in it for about £20 that will do you Any problems mate, I will help you out if you lived close enough I would lay it for you I mite be a learner on the dog side .....but I do know a bit about Lanscaping happy to help
  15. ........... A ton isnt as much as a cubicM lads...... I layed 2.5mtrs today, but I had it dropped of the back of the cement truck in all it took 2 hrs to trowel up and it was a doddle, dont count out the ready mix firms they are pretty competative . I payed £60 extra to escape the priveledge of knocking up 4 ton and paying in back ache for a few days and your guaranteed consistant mix......
  16. Well done lad ...... most of the very experianced airgun shooters started with the meteor, a good choice for you to start on .........
  17. What in sweat About £200 for the lot
  18. You will need 2 cubic meters of ready mix mate........ 1.5 cubic meters of ballast then add the cement to make up to 2 cubicM if your knocking it up your self If you go for ready mix, save yourself the aggro and forget about the sub base and just stick a bit of mesh in it...... sorry I dont know the price for 2 cubic M.
  19. Not far off mate........... if you are putting a sub base down then you will be fine with that I would think, after all, your not going to be driving on it
