  8. I know many lads and lasses do their own vacinatintions. Firstly please don’t come on this thread telling me to get up the vets as my dogs are all done. This thread is for experienced people to give me some advice on how often they vaccinate their working dogs. It’s not about saving a few quid it’s about what has worked for you and your belief to be a good vaccination programme. I’ve read quite a lot of stuff saying that you can over vaccinate and do the dog’s immune system not much good by over loading the system. Some say that it is better to give a dog one set of
  9. If you have used all the tomcat and they are taking it then why change? The best advice is to not let it run out what ever you are using Stronger rodenticides/poisons do not mean faster control! , your firsts approach is to find one that they will take and then stick to it, it seems you have found that so stick with it. Always read the label.
  10. listening clearly to what you have said Border Terrier, sounds good It took 20mths for my patterdale to settle down to a reasonable working companion. hence my latest pup is a russel x
  11. It will never happen for sure, to much money is being earned out of the chemicals , If they were going to ban it then under what grounds? damage to wildlife ......lmao it will never happen because if they really cared about wildlife then the shelves would of been cleared of amatuer use products years ago the government agencies like DEFRA, and others like RSPB, Natural england and many others have not got a say about it when it comes to the good old revenue coming in from poison sales Big hypocrites in my book Good post Chris

  14. Your get more than £800 for that, there's loads of mobile hairdressers about good luck with the sale
  15. have been called in after baiting failures and pulled it off. traps ferrets terriers are only a small example of other ways All of which are completely un usable around your local KFC or chinese takeaway, office block, domestic property......
  16. If rodenticides were banned........ There would be a fugging disaster, I am really interested on how you would make a living dealing with infestations with traps alone
  17. Cheers Matt happy to help the lad..... Loads of good advice has been given to you H&J, I have been a landscaper for donkeys years and have made good money, start with the small jobs and don’t try to grow to quick, at the moment it will suit you to stay small as your driving licence and towing restrictions will limit you some, Not a good time to start but be ready for march when it all kicks off. My advice is to stay where you are and wait for it to take off, these are uncertain times but there is a way in to the money even when no one is spending, sounds weird but it works its hi
  18. Major under statement Moley I've seen the vid remember That is a good idea Axle F
  19. Before you do what has been said above, check to see if there are any signs of bats living in the loft space otherwise you will recieve a hefty fine, then make sure you use a cubby to cover any trap you put in the loft area, this is a legal requirment also A fenn trap will catch either squirrel or rat but first you need to find out what the problem is, if its rat then a fenn trap will be a waste of time on dealing with an infestation
