    ive always had black terriers and mine are a fair size, last yr i was given a small russel with 40 yrs breeding behind him off a terrierman for our hunt and to be honest he is a godsend for some of the earth locally, he is a yapper and nver mixes it, but i have bollted more than ever, he is a usefull tool in the box

    have mine running artificials from young pups but do have an experienced dog check no one is home first.also have mine watching the dig aslong as its not one of them doing cart wheels and screaming its head of and once a fox is dispatched,the pups get a rag.i feel this first scent of the ginger fella does help but thats my view. spot on earth, agree with you, only difference with me is i dont let my dogs rag too many dead ones

    been out with the border county mink hounds in north wales, they hunted a stretch of river on the clwyd etc, great day was had, treed a couple of mink.
