Been a while since i put this post up, i'm really surprised to no offers, Well i'll try again, is there anyone who can let me tag along with them to do a bit of ratting, there's only me & jack my 21 month old bedlington, who is doing well, but could do with a bit of team work. I'm near j23 m1, i'd travell 50 mile ish if there was anything. Come on give us a chance, cheers

Not sure about the dam, but sire is one of john glover bred bedlingtons Ah yes Sorry I miss read, Thought it said Collie/GreyxBeddy/Whip. Keep us updated, I bet it will be a Rabbit machine And others :whistle: Yeah, you think so, about the other i mean :whistle:

Here's a couple of pics fo my new pup Merlin i brought yesterday, he's to replace Murphy who i lost a few weeks ago. Merlin is collie greyhound deerhound x bedlington. The problem here is that there is that, there's not to many of the old sort of gypsy left, and those that are, are now given the name travellers, in my eye's there a big difference. A lot of travellers started out as drop outs from soceity and they did corse a lot trouble. Don,t forget alot of travellers have been known to be ANTI Hunt. Its the old saying YOU SHOULDN'T TAR EVERYONE WITH THE SAME BRUSH. Anyway bad to racism, I hate every one, so does make me a racist lol !!!!!!

I've Always had small type beddy/whippet lurchers in the past, so forgive me for my ignorance when i ask, what bull type do you use in a lurcher cross ?

Hi just come back from vets, i've had to have Murphy put down, I'm f*****g gutted i tell ya. He was coming on a real treat, its a real same. Still got Jack & jess, but it still hard, he was so loving. Cheers for all your support.

Found out the problem seems to be his kidneys are undeveloped, its a week now since the injection & he's not improved none, injection should have kicked in within 2 to 3 days. I'm going to take him back vets either today or monday to see what, if any offer option there is, but to honest it don't look good. Let you know how things go.

cheers, checked on diet with vet, no probs with that. I have cut down on heart along time ago and give mainly chicken anyway. Thanks. Cheers, don't know the full score yet, i've got a few moore questions i want answering by vet. At the end of the day i'm not going to miss murph about, i shell try different remedies for a couple month, but if note comes up i've only one option left ! I'm going to try the vitamin c tabs you suggested, are they what we take & how many a day ? many thanks for your input. Pete.

Oyama, the people i had jack off, have just remated the same dam & sire to jack last weekend, their in derby. Jacks coming on a treat as you from my pics under "bedlington jack" & in this forum. I'll keep you updated on what happens. He's rillington/rambo lines. Nealey. ps, where you from ?

To cut a sory short, he's 8 months old now and still can't hold his pee, he's peeing every 2 hours. tuesday i took him to the vets to have him check out, put me mind at rest. After a urine test and blood test they shown he's got kidney problems, so he's had a injection to try and put things right, if it works he will have to have the injection every 6 weeks, if it don't work, well there's nothing else to do, so at the moment things are hanging on a thread. I'll keep you informed, Cheers.
