I went to the millenium stadium with my little brother aand aa chap from work and his boy saturday just gone not expecting to much. But it was brilliant well worth the money. The noise of those monster trucks awesome. ill post some piccies of the evening when i dig them out.

I went out yesterday with them, it was nice to see them out, even if the staff and masters weren't in their red coats. I cant see how shooting everything that comes out the coverts is going to help the deer up on the hill, plus the mre guns you have up there with all the grockels walking the footpaths it shant be long before theres an accident. I cant help be think this will be the end of the 3 staghound packs in the southwest, will be a great shame as ive had some cracking hunts with them over the years, and a fair bit of venison off of them aswell but lets hope not.

A few years back I was helping a terrierman for our local hunt marked to ground, we ut the dog in let him settle and got a mark, at about 10 foot we werent far from breaking through when we heard the fox rush past the dog. Eventuly got another mark on the dog and that was about 7 foot down, the quarry was quickly dispatched and we whent for a few bevvies afterwards. The soil was all that red soil thats found on the quntock hills. So all in all we dug 17 feet to get the dog.

Richs in watchfield just outside BOS is pretty good. also tanpits cider between monkton heathfield and bathpool near taunton is good rough stuff. if you go to the second ask for medium or sweet, the dry isnt all that clever.

I only watched something about it on countryfile last week, they rekon if it gets established the it will mean a ban on livestock movements for 100 miles or something along thse lines. Also its come in from europe.

Ive been a post for the last 3 and abit years started doing it after i got layed off as a gearbox mechanic. I enjoy most parts of the job but all this striking is doing my head in. Good part fo the job is if i want to a can run around my delivery and get to the meets of most the local packs. Also do a bit of work at local farms and the hunt kennels when the huntsman is abit snowed under.

I had a good laugh. got there late because i slept in a bit to long. stayed down by the hound judging and bar for the whole day. The blodd LACS were there filming the foxhound judging. how did yu get on leveller?

I went last seson when they was out pontispool, had a wicked laugh. They doidnt hunt the rabbits far when i was out with them but it was a hell a song they started singing when the was running. leveller werebouts is somerset you from?

I was out giving the terrierman for the local hunt a hand on saturday, hounds cold marked at a big deep earth. The local farmer and gamekeeper wanted it delt with so we netted all the holes and entereed the dog, we was waiting back from all the holes when the fox backed out of a netted hole pushed the net back a bit then darted out of the side of it. I tried giving chase on fot and have gotscrathes from all the brambles now but the crafty bugger got away. I told the terrierman what had happend and he said he had one the week before that had pulled the net back with his teeth before making
