yer so pleased we got them back my misses was gutted when they where taken especially when the rspca confirmed there was nothing wrong with them but still refused to give them back until we had made a formal interview at our local police station. then we received a call from them saying they would return the horses by a transport person who didnt work for the rspca so not to speak to him about it as he wouldnt know anything. the rspca officer who was dealing with our case and was no help whatsover and who told my misses not to expect to get them back didnt even have the face to bring them back

well heres the update on my post sorry its been so long bt only just got new laptop, im pleased to say that our horses where returned by the rspca yesterday 16th december. after many letters from my solicitor and a cost of nearly 500 to myself and also an interview for me and my misses at our local police station they where returned to us with no charge. both are well and healthy apart from the fact that my mare was in foal when the rspca took them but now as been returned to me not in foal!! the rspca claimed that she wasnt in foal when they took her and that if i wished to dispute this then

yes that is correct they say its going to be a civil case and because of that we cant get legal aid and the cost of a trail will cost min 5000 for a 2 day trial. The rspca say that 1 of the horses was in a poor condition but she was an elderly mare with foal which had taken her back abit and she was owned by the chap who we rented the field from but ive since found out that he didnt own the field just sub letted to us.since this has been going on he 1st refused to contact the rspca as he was worried he might get into trouble for the mare lookin bit thin, his phone is now switched off and tha

yer thats the option we got to take out a possession order but to do that we have to pay solicitor min £500 to get it up and running but if they still refuse to return them it could cost anything upto £10,000 in court, they know not many people can afford to fight them so thats why they choose to go down this road. and its not there own money they fght with just silly sods who donate money thinking they really care about animals what a bloody joke!!! just thought id put this up to see what people think, my misses had 2 horses turned out in 50 acres of grazing with 2 others 1 night we went up to feed them like she did every night only to find them gone. we found a rspca card laying in the field so gave them ring, they wouldnt say if they had them or not for 3 days we phoned local police and was told the rspca where in possession of them. we phoned solicitor and he in turned spoke to rspca and they confirmed they had them and that my 2 horses where fine but 1 of the other horses was in poor condition. we explained that that horse didnt belo
