    I said that most lakies have KC blood in there background somewhere but Keano said his doesnt . Funny how all you show people with your lakies stick together . When there is a lakie thread there is nothing but pictures of straight legged stripped out clean dogs on the end of show leeds that says it all to me . There are plenty of lakies being worked and worked hard I know a few infact I was on the phone to a lad last night that has a bitch out of 2 red lakies that are top class digging dogs and even these will have KC blood way back so that is whay I said the lad was niave .

    There are a still a small numbers of decent red types that are with lads that work them hard but I am affraid to say that most of them are full of kc blood and are paraded around the show ring but I suppose you can say that about any type of terrier nowadays. Hopefully the pup works for you

    I have used the kammo roe sack and now work the Harkilla which is better quality more comfortable and cheaper so have to agree with wireviz.

    Animals will always go for the easiest quarry ,so why would a puma tackle something the size of a horse when there is a lot more easier prey to pursue . Especialy at this time of year with lambs and young deer on the ground .

    I have to disagree with some of your ways of thinking about bigger dogs working fox ,if you work these bigger dogs enough times in a lot of places a few times the dog will not reach its quarry and that has nothing to do with the dogs will to get there but purely a physical thing . All this about if a dog wants to get there he will is untrue in my opininion ,some dogs are just to big for some places no matter how good the dog in question is .
