    This is defo a working terrier. Has previous healed injuries to mouth- not recent- owner will know the dog. Black- rough coated, not exactly marked but has worked. Anyone missing a black terrier from round Notts/Mansfield area PM me. I know where dog is.

    We always check for chips- theres three other rescues board dogs at same places & check all the dogs. Wish I could convince more people to get them done, stop leaving dogs in cars & outside shops THEN I just may stop as many from getting nicked. Thanks for the over though- need as much help as we can get.

    Totally agree with you. Theres tracks all over fields near me as well, trying to tell people that 'genuine' lads dont trash fields. Doesnt help when the tracks go up the back of the hedges & next morning stuff gone out of the sheds. Let there tyres down- most of them could do with a bit of exercise anyway

    All my dogs are vet checked, vax'd, flea'd,wormed & neutered. They also come with 4 weeks Pet Plan Insurance. The ones I currently have I ve transported myself from the pound. I see & walk/work with them every weekend. During the week they are walked twice a day by the kennel staff. I work them on a lunge line or flexi lead- to improve recall. One thing I would say is that having rescue dogs myself, yes its a bind to work them on a flexi lead or lungeline but until you have a bond there its flaming hard work to get a dog back. Im not knocking the other rescue, dog or owner.

    I know you can all find me on here & to make my life more complicated in between working full time I have just started up my own rescue. I have taken the dogs off another crap rescue doing little to home them & leaving me to do all the work.     Cheers, I dont know where I stand though, I cant just force my way in and strip out the kitchen as its inside their house. I think our prices are fair too and it looks outstanding. I will perhaps need to talk to a lawyer. Did your husband get paid? He got knocked down a bit but got a damn sight more than what they intended to pay. If the quote in black & white is for a Jowdens kitchen - do you have any other items in black & white??     Tell them your quote was to fit them the kitchen - everything else was an extra. If they dont want to pay thats fine- you'll just remove the 'extras ' & put worktop back to the height it was before they asked you to change it. Tell them your lawyer friend says they havent got a leg to stand on because you only gave written quote for a kitchen & a different one at that. You will receipts for the items bought & proof that extra work carried out. I wouldnt back down that quick whether they speak English or not. My fellas & builder & kitchen fitter & he's had this happ

Or failing that ring vet or go in with dog- tell them situation tell them what you can pay- offer an agreement & tell them your dog is your priority. 2 more weeks with a broken leg is going to cause no end of problems.     People do try to remember, they may not be our dogs but at the end of the day we all have animals & know how it feels. The found dog has totally different marking on bib but at least you know theres one missing. I still have not had info on where dog is & answer to post. I really do recommend you go back to permission where you last saw her with either a throw away bbq pack or a gas camping stove & pan- chuck some sausages in it - dont ask but this really does work & Ive lost count of the amount of dogs we've got back with a bbq pack. That & sardines in tomato sauce- they smell strong & dogs sense is better than ours- labs esp

    Lovely looking dogs & well done with the saluki. I got a slukix that was wild for 9 months- scares the life out of me still some days when she flies over field- still using my other dog to get her back. But its worth it to see her run loose. She spent a long time on lead & lunge line- she still does some days but getting better. Where did you get the muzzle from??
