  6. Ferret Kits for Sale. 9 weeks old. Mother and father excellent workers. Father is an albino and jill is a polecat. There's 4 jills and 2 hobs. £10 each Edited to say 4 jills are sold. 1 hob left
  7. Yip that sounds about right!! Whatever it is must have a mouth like a dyson hoover!!!
  8. They wont open their eyes until they are almost 5 weeks. Goodluck with the kits
  9. Ferret court 6 foot square. Loads of room for them and very easy to clean out.
  10. The Jill had a litter of kits 4 weeks ago so it was time for more space now that they're getting up. Built a 6 foot square court in the corner of the shed so ample room now. The hob and another jill are in there at the minute and are up and down the wire constant. The kits were 4 weeks old on friday and are already eating solids even though the eyes arent opened yet. Hopefully they'll be good strong kits and ready for work at the end of the year. Happy hunting!
  11. 1 or 2 inch weld mesh is too big. If you have kits or a small jill they could get out through it. Ferrets love to climb so the tighter the mesh the better for them.
  12. Use mesh for pigeon lofts. It's very strong and relatively cheap. I would concrete the floor aswell. Ferrets are masters at escaping.
  13. I'll take it. In belfast 2moro. Pm me your number and i'll lift it. Thanks.
  14. What is the difference between a MK3 and a MK3m. There seems to be quite a few Mk3's for sale.

One clutch of banties a week old and setting some more tommorrow. Maybe if I can get my kennels sorted over summer I could make some room haha. That ypur dog in your avatar picture, looks strong, how is she doing? Shes doing brilliant, you couldnt ask for a better dog, Im very glad I got her You'll have some team for next year! Ruby looking well.
  16. Is there a difference between the Mk3 and the Mk3m? Genuinely interested in the lot. Thanks Benny
  17. Where in the north are you?
  18. Fair play to ye lads. It'll be good to see the final result.
  19. I like the sound of £33 at the end of it! Not many butchers take em. Looks like a great day was had. Lovely looking lurchers.
  20. He's going well. We were doing a big burrow a few sundays ago with another couple of strange jills and he was more interested in the pair of them than working!! Never seen him move so fast
  21. Those burrows are in sand dunes so that's the end of doing them for the year The burrows go straight into that hill so it would take a JCB to dig a ferret out!
  22. Sunday morning came, snow on the ground and freezing..just the weather for ferreting! Majoity of the holes were covered with snow so there were plenty of bursts of snow and missed rabbits but none the less a great days sport was had. The young jill is this years and absolutely flying. Doesnt peep the head up much and seems to work all the burrows deep and never seems to be too far away from the back of the rabbit. A bit small for holding fully grown rabbits so very rarely have to dig either. Just did the one burrow and took two rabbits home. One of the netted rabbits seemed to have a be
