  2. hi everyone, does anyone know where i can buy a tick remover the type seen on ebay tried ebay but can get no reply from the seller , the tick remover is green in colour shaped liked a bent spoon with a slot at the end, slot under the tick then twist and pull.anyone tried these ? any help would be appreciated many thanks eddie

  5. thanks for the reply, i dont think its as bad as i though as there seems to be no new carcases! and still plent of the little buggers! I thought I would look into the rabbit flu, I handle quite a few rabbits and started to think! I have noticed a lot of young rabbits with mixy this year compared to other years. Anyway it was back in 2006 that a man died of rabbit flu and no reported cases since. Here is a link to a bit about it.   14. hi all, bought a gun with multi chokes a few years ago spent more time messing around with different chokes , so the shooting suffered part exed the gun for a fixed choked and the shooting got better ,1/2 and 3/4 for everthing.
  15. what i did was look in magasines for them mate and not breeds just normal people with working dogs i got 2 and the first one come of some one i no and wow best dog i ever had my 9 month old one is off a local keeper she is going to be a better than the one i got i even went to kent to see some but they were not for me. look near you or a keeper dont take any thing they say go off your gut mate you will find one my last one took me 11 months to find worth the wait hi mate , thanks for replying i keep trying the mags, but i,ve had more response from here, looked at different local kennels

  20. hi all, thanks for replying, it,s good to hear from others . i know of a few lads that work cockers they seem to have no real problems, no more than anybody else (lab or cocker) . i think i will steer towards a cocker dog, been going through the ads they is such a difference in price anything up to £750 for a 10 week old pup. anything to keep away from ? phil mentioned about f t dogs been more scatty than working lines, anyone else found this or anything similar ? what about breeders in the northeast area. thanks again for the replies
  21. hi phil, thanks for replying,it,s a long winded thing this ! i have a lab which is coming up nine this year so started to lock around for a replacement for one reason or another could not find what i was looking for started thinking about cockers, how easy would it be to go from a laid backed lab, to a spaniel !! the dog would be used for beating / picking up. thanks again.
