One night out lamping and i sensed something behind us, just as i turned round a barn owl was swooping at us that gave wyllie such a fright, i was fine .........then one evening in the woods my wee lurcher ran on in front of me, i was half way up the hill and the woods errupted, crashing trees and breaking sticks and 5 roe deer came running toward me........omg i wasn't expecting them, that was scary as i didn't know what the heck was running toward me but i knew it wasn't my wee lurcher with the crashing and branches breaking, bloody fings

That...........will NEVER happen in my lifetime anyhow you are happy with your pup and at the end of the day, she only cost you a couple of hundred pounds which wasn't a bad price for an unregistered border , papers shouldn't be important to you, goodluck with her working future

To answer your original question, YES.......a lot of underhanded breeders can register different dogs as the parents to non related pups. I cant think why.... 1/ you would still take the pup when you couldnt see it properly 2/ you said the smell was terrible where pup was kept 3/ you couldn't see the parents 4/ you were not clear whether there were papers or not did you ask how many were in the litter? Did you ask about the parents? were you told it has a pedigree or kc registration or both? you can have the pups DNA checked if you can find the parents, these are the type of puppy sales

As has been said take it out with some bushing terriers or get it out ferreting, but the ferreting season is nearly over You seriously think a border terrier can catch a rabbit on open ground???????? Not on open ground but in bushes they can and do Yes in cover but certainly not on open ground WHY do ya think shirleys got a house full of lurchers Only 3 lurchers

what type of dog is she??? A twice yearly in season bitch should come into season 4months after a litter, yours has come in a little early as some do, what do you mean would it be too much??? surely you are not thinking of breeding the bitch again that soon???????????
