  3. My brother and mum saw some at cannop ponds. It's pretty hit and miss unfortunately. May i ask if the top picture waas near a river? If so I think i know who the owner is-a friend of my grandmothers.
  4. Sounds alright. But don't say male pheasant :L say cock pheasant.
  5. CK, What Rifle do you have? My springer (my favorite is a .22 less than 100 quid rifle, that many people say is crappy ) is an SMK XS19 and its been responsible for quite a few head shot bunnies out to 35 yards. Phantom BAM XSB44 I think it is. And a 4x32 smk scope. I need a better scope atleast. But as my shot isn't too steady i need a pcp so i can get a bipod!
  6. Ahh thanks mate,i'll look into it. You seem to be a helpful person in other topics too.Thanks.keep it up! Callum.
  7. Oh,I meant CO2 Didn't know the difference :L I don't want a massive gas tank in my house if that is what PCP is.
  8. Aww damn. will have to try and get a new gun then, problem is I don't really like PCPs because I have to fire it off after,so if I take like 5 shots and 5 rabbits then I have to fire like 100+ more times to take the cylinders out
  9. Hi. Can I put a bi-pod on a under-lever air rifle?
  10. Well done! I wish I had a nice rifle like that, but I can't afford it-gotta stick with my crappy 100 quid .22 I have some nice permission with quite a few rabbits and squizzers and also corvids/pheasant about. But I need a silencer and bipod.
  11. Still seems fun I'm starting in like a week, got some permission with lots of warrens on
  12. Actually At top of this forum the ferrets for sale and free look on page 14 working ones in herefordshire.
  13. Nah,can't see any on the internet. You should be able to find some though... Goodluck
  14. Have you checked the Hereford Times? Also some are in shop windows. But I'll look now for ya mate. Be back soon
  15. Ok, But what else is there to do with them except get rid of them?
  16. Uh..I know this sounds stupid..but what do you do with the carcasses?Sell them as Bird of Prey food or something?
  17. I would like a shotgun.I am 14 Y/O and a male, quite strong. I would like to know what bore shotgun would suit me best. I don't want one with too wide a spread-i want my shots to be "sporting" Thanks in advance,
  18. What do you mean? Why can't my mum give me one of hers? If that is,i'm 14,i live with my mum and we don't have one atm. So if you read rest you would probably know she doesn't have one. If we had one I wouldn't be looking to get one. We only have a collie atm and we aren't gonna go shooting with that
  19. I hope you don't try to shoot with a un-trained dog.
  20. PFFT? Fashion statement? Did you read it. My mum has worked them for 25-30 years and I intend to work it. And also I can afford it but if it's free then why not. I wish people could understand. And a horse costs more than a dog to look after and as I have a horse and dog already I think I would know about costs.
  21. You know how it is mate... champagne and cocaine lifestyle doesn’t leave a lot at the end of the month – maybe Santa will get me one for Christmas ... I’ve been a good boy this year Speak to you soon bud You do coke?or just an expression :L
  22. Ok. In the summer I will hopefully get a new dog.I have seen people comment on here saying to a good working home they will give a dog free. I haven't had my own dog before really,so it will be my first dog (Gundog). My Mum has however. She has been working Gundogs (and Collies for the sheep) for about 25-30 years. She learnt the trade off my granddad, and I hope to in turn learn how to train and work a dog efficiently off my mother. I beat on a shoot,my friend has a shoot that his dad runs, and my relative also has one.So from the working aspect I have 3 almost definite places to pick-up on
