    Depends on the individual dog, pre-ban I've seen some on roe and fox, doubled up though and they did the job Well I can quite believe that.I've got a 6mth old whippet and the terrier influence is plain to see Johnny I'll see if I can put some old footage of them on the comp and upload them to photobucket to post on here , good luck with yours That would be great,atb johnny With our current laws I'll send you the links in private message

    Let me tell you something mate. The mongoose was introduced into over a dozen countries in the Western and Eastern Hemispgere for the sole purpose of eradicating Rats (Specifically Rattus Rattus and Rattus Norvegicus). I believe if an animal has such a great reputation as a rat catcher, I am justified in asking a question regarding this particular animal and the sport of ratting. :yes:

    You don't need a experienced dog but it helps , maybe a hunter over there will take you out a few times when the pups are older
