    wellcome to my world,lol.I can envisage what you went through as Im just coming out the other end of the same situation,Ive no insurance on any of the dogs,never needed it up to this point and the vet I have to say is as faor as any decent man in the land,payment in instalments is the order of the day also, as seen allready, and after the operation thankfully hes made a full recovery,you just never know whats waiting around the corner at any time.

    I've always wanted to go there I've heard some odd stories, but I don't reckon they'd let me near the place Cracking set up that scent, wish I'd them!     me pancreas packed in pal doctors told me if I drink again I could be brown bread , spent two weeks in hospital and 3 month out of work so had to be done jaysus,im stunned.I thought they turned your pancreas into a Bodhran years ago,...glad to hear your ok now,no wonder I didnt hear from ye for a while.Keep off the sauce and enjoy life,and keep in contact

    Lol beast we test the dogs over here to see if they have a low pain threshold,he also broke a toe, 2 ribs and had a touch of lactosis thingy,he got his teeth knocked out from the horse abdd he had a blockage in his gut which almost came to surgery too,and after all that he still smashed foxes,took a lot of ''big rabbits'' and had a few other bits and pieces too.Lets hope he gets sorted and continues to keep doing what he does.You might understand now why I got him sorted,I think he deserves it

    thanks for the kind words lads,if he does get to where he was next season I'll have photos plastered all over the net,calling him a MIRACLE MUTT .I have to say hes a tough oul fecker in fairness,over the years hes had his fair share of grief,and each time hes come back to do his stuff at a fair decent level.

    Im not a sentimental type FM but this dog has given the 2 of us great excitement and pleasure over the last few years,hes by no means the best but he is a trier and he deserved fair play.I hope to have another season or two from him if all goes well,if not I'll have him as a houyse dog companion mutt.Let him fade away with dignity.I owe him that.
