Well last sunday had to be the worsed soaking i have had over a number of years hunting,i knew it was bad, when i took my socks off and had to cut the skin between my toes, even my cb blew up (fuc--d),but nevermind the hunting was good ,hounds found they're drag in a tidy sized patch of bramble, going away in good voice, even thou the weather was atrocious there was a good following of boys, same as usual lurchers one side of the valley ,guns on the other side, the drag ran past them all, with the hounds in close pursuit, within three quarters of an hour the drag had ran through most of what i had p

  5. Start of the season is here again,i've 7 first year hounds to enter, one of them from over the water, been out a few times this year with them and all have entered easily,im very pleased with them, the scent hasn't been that clever over the last few week's so this week i thought i'd drop them into a deep old valley with plenty of cover in it,on saying that the first bit of cover was a large patch of grassland,as soon they entered the drag was away, you could'nt of asked for better, good music first thing in the morning, hounds lefted there and droped down into the valley as was the plan, going down
