them 250 four strokes are f***ing slow though don’t you think had more pull off a kx100 ? the 530 ktm are abit twitchy

? there proper bikes the 450 4 strikes you can open right out back end twitches and the front lifts but they don’t stretch your arms like a 2 stroke ?

you get them out in open mate a fast dog closes the gap compared to a hare there a lot slower i think ?

i agree mate and the initial explosion are brutal but they dont have a huge area of destruction the tsar bamb detroyed everything in a 22 mile radius

like you say people cant believe how well made they are when they first take one apart and all 2 strokes need heavy maintenance if rode alot hard ?

ive never had any issues with makita mate know loads that use it i wouldnt buy the red stuff reminds me of the china flag lol?

the old ktms were years ahead a honda cr mate they were the first for every thing when they had upsidedown forks front and back disc brakes and digital ignition hond still had drum brakes lol

honda a quality dont get me wrong i try to stay off the roads mate and road bikes lol if i was getting a newer off road bike id still go ktm i prefere the steel frames to aluminium

there still plenty but not as many because alot lads bought and used in cart racing companys used them and made a living selling them tuned for carting they blow kx and cr 500 away mate you hold a ktm 500 crankcase up in the light then a kx 500 crankcase in the light you can see your hand threw it

there miles better put together then honda or kawasaki tuners had there modified ktm engine up at 700 cc running in carts

the newer stuff is mate still quality today still make 2 strokes aswell the rest dont it is dear for a clutch cover water pump but they are hard to come by

belters mate the 350 and 440 500 and 540 all the same engine aren’t they just different crank piston and cylinder and head best off road engine ever made i think i have a few engines about me but was waiting until a few clutch covers that aren’t rotted come up but they like rocking horse shit i’ll have to bite the bullet and buy new about 500 quid some aussie is making them

don’t use tools ?? if i’m using power tools most a makita if i’m using socket sets there snap on if i’m plastering they are marshalltown if i’m waking the slop i’m in wellies if i’m shooting its weihrauch if i’m running a dog it’s a coursing bred i like things that are capable shh ?

i’m a ktm lover me mate the old stuff aswell just got the last bits to do a 87 250 in a few week when i get time then next project is 89 ktm 500 much better made then the kx and cr 500s

Just like Ryobi, seeing as Milwaukee is owned by the Chinese company, TTI, it is safe to assume that most of their products are also made in China. Yes, for the most part, most of their power tools, specifically things like circular saws, power drills, and other such power tools are made in China. people think they getting the snap on of the power tool world ?
