  1. hey all thop it looks really nice and i will try it . but for a simple batter mix just put flour salt and water or if you like cider or bitter. batter mix 200g of plain flour pinch of salt and enough water to make a mix that will leave a thick layer over your meat. hope you dont mind me adding this just thought id add an idea. cheers.m
  2. he he he it's very true about going blind but the machine iv gotr is limeted to 60% so it's never gunna blind me (unless im stupid enough to pour in to my eyes.lol) as it's when it reaches 90+ % that it will blind you.m
  3. cheers akton i'll have to give them sum later so i'll let you know. i give them the veg peelings from the kitchen . so i take it thay will eat most things like bugs corn .m

  5. hey all im new to the world of keeping chickens .iv read afew books sufed the web for info but theres afew things id like to clear up. questions i now thay have seasons for laying but do thay lay in the winter? how and what is the best feed for fattening them up .i under stand diffrent breeds just wont fatten up as thay are just layers . id like to stick to an organic feed too. at present i have 1 blackrock thre brown hens that iv tryed to find a breed type but carnt .if it helps thay look like a battery hen well in every pic i see of one thats what thay look like and 1 small whit
  6. he he he funny you should say that i had drunk abit top much gin.lol if you look at the thread called still it will answer any question but in the short a curlys it's how much i pay for a bottle of spirit.
  7. hay it costs £10 for the wash witch is five and ahalf gallons . witch you will get around 12, 75cl bottle's. so i get it too around £1.20 a bottle. then for a sprit eg, gin, whiskey, vodka etc, is an extra £3 which makes 3 bottles, which makes it £1.40 a bottle, for liquers add £2.00 but this is for one half 75cl bottles. hope this is some use too you, have fun

  9. hey all if you do a search for stillspirits iv owned there small 4lter one but it's awsome 8days for the wash then it takes 2hours for you to get one litre of moonshine or plain spirit . then thay do spirit essences of all the top brands well there version of the top brands of spirts and all for around 2.50 abottle . check it out well worth the money.m
  10. hey it's more of a scent then an atractor .if you look around a few peeps have asked the same question there have bin a few people say it's awsome but i geuss your never gunna now untill you try it.m
  11. is it really that bad ? iv seen birds being shot at 35 yards and targets shot a 10 20 and 30 yards and thave penatreted card ? iv seen a crossman trapmaster
  12. there 12ft lb for the uk market but for the us it 30 so not the most powerful . iv a few probs with a real shot gun one is i need a cabinet fisrt two iv got a few probs with the ex not liking me having an rifle let alone a shotgun and to be honest id rather have my lad at the wkends than a shotgun so the airshotgun would sort of get round that i know things are more expensive for the uk market so i was expecting to pay £200 for a new one iv seen them on us sites for 219 and more power but if i got cought with one at that power it wouldnt be good . plus i dowt thay would ship i
  13. will do maty j iv found a shop online in the uk so may give them a try see how much it will be . yeah the vids look good wasnt to keen on the 35 yard shot on the sencond look as it didnt look as clean kill .but then iv seen worse . .m
  14. i noticed that it had a short range and a spread of 12 inches at ten yards . i would only be using it for pigeons and rats at the alotment . iv seen some vids on you tube of shot at 35 yards so it carnt be that bad .i dowt it take a pigeon in flight tho. i may see if i can find one going cheep.m
  15. hey all i was wondering if anyone has used or own this rifle and would it be woth it ? or would it be worth just reaplying for a shotgun cert. i like the fac that it's a shotgun but an airrifle in one .i dowt that the airrifle part want be any good as it's a smooth bore but iv got a rifle that im happy with so id be using it as a shotgun for flying rats .i dowt it will be as good as a shotgun but i think it could be fun. id just ;ike to now what other peoples thoughts are and if anyone nows ware i could get one from in the uk.m

  17. hey all hope every ones well . iv bin thinking of upgrading my silencer .so i was wondering if anyone could id it as i want to sell it so the price off my new one want be as much .and the misses want kill me .lol i was hoping for 20 f2f or 25 posted but not sure ? it fits my bsa spitfire witch has th same size barrel as the s10 it's a a good condition with a few marks but nowt serius

  20. hey iv had ox springs in a few guns but id never go back as there nothing but trouble . iv got a bsa spitfire if your intrested it's a break barrel but it's precharged .allso comes with a buddy bottle . so you can fi your rifle up and have a bottle with you just in case you run out so you get 70 shots insted of 35. good look with your seach for anew spring.m
  21. hey all iv got 2 rifles for sale one is a bsa spitfire standerd in .22 with 2.5x10-44 bsa deerhunter scope plus buddy bottle . a webley vulcan in .22 with a nikkon sterling gold crown 4x40 image moving scope both in excelent working order iv not had chance to zero the vulcan any more than 10 yards but the spitfire is zeroed at 32 yards . and the spitfire has a few marks as seen in pics . im looking for 250 for the spitfire and 100 notes for the vulcan im open to offers but would like to get near to the asking prices your welcome to pick up or it will be 15 per rifle
  22. hes lost a few ponds sincse the last time i saw him but hes not had much of a life at home all day twenty min works if he was lucky and few on scraps from the table . so all the scraps will stop and the proper feed and enough trips out to the allotment will sort it out . thay both have rabbit and woody for tea so we will see how he gets on . .m
  23. hey all hope all is well . iv jsut adopted a spanial from a friend who has just had to move into a flat so iv taken on a four yr old thats hopfuly turn into a nice gundog if not hes gunna make a good house dog. the pics the spanial and my 1yr old lab. .m
