    Well just think mate , When you learn to drive ya cant just jump behind the wheel and go .. you have to have someone show you how its done . Get another worker out and let the pup watch how its done . I know people will disagree with me on this 1 but .. i Sometimes have to bring dogs by lettin the worker run after the rabbit then lettin the pup chase her then shell soon think ' here i think hes chaseing that brown hoppy thing infront , i want to play ' lol She ll soon cotton on a few nights after that

    Here mate ... Get yourself over here to seaham .. ever heard of the blast and hawthorn quarry ??? absolutly steaming with the little buggers !! We went ferreting in the quarry 2 or 3 weeks ago and from 1 huge set which was only in sandstone dust .. we got about 15 - 20 rabbits . Was rediculous we had about 10 in the nets so went round pulling all the nets off to let the lurchers have a good day of it to. To be total honest though you need to poach but the set is right beside the front gate so its fine. They wont give any permission out for health and safety .. But there ya go thats my hot spot

    If i was you mate id go for a head shot up to 20 - 30 yards ... if your gunna be something like 30 -50 yards try and hit them square on the top of the chest so then you wont miss and will still drop it ( considering the power of the gun you are shooting). But take more advise from others as i dont shoot pidgeons ... only bunnys .. But you deffinately should be hitting 1 - 2 inches max at say 30 -40 yards ... once it gets over that your gunna look like a fool when your friends laugh and say the good old .. 'How did ya miss that 1 ?!?' lol

    My terrier had killed 2 ferrets by the age of 10 month ( left the hutch roof open while i fed them and he was a good climber ) now hes just gone a year and im 2 more ferrets up i decided to break him to them better.. First thing he did when i showed them to him was went offit .. and i mean offit back flips barking nutting the mesh.Let him do that for a couple of weeks while telling him off for it.In the end he had realised he wasnt going to get near them so he calmed down.Then i would get them out and let him sniff them as i held his scruff.Few weeks later again i would let them run around him
