    as i and countless others have said she will be the down fall of what was once a good club...one of the nicest men i have had the pleasure of meeting has now resigned from this club due to the uncomrimising politics that surrounds them....last year we held a charity show and applied for chatsworth qualifier(which costs five pounds)we were granted the qualifier until it was brought to my attention that i had wrote the wrong date on the form,,i was 24 hours out...she then thought it right to have printed that our show was disqualified for breaking NLRC rules thought it was just a dog show not c

    they did exactly the same last year.when i phoned to check that it was nt just a misprint,i was given an extremely abrubt reply that they were not concerned that it was legal to show docked pups in scotland,they (NLRC) were not having pups,END OFF! unbelievable,have since had other run ins with the woman that took my call.talking to her is like talking to a brick wall..as far as i am concerned she is an extremely bad example of a representative of the working dog.its her way or no way!

    i dont know if youv been recently but the numbers have deterited the ten year there is a lot better local shows going about. its not just the numbers whitedogman.the whole day is a cracking day out,and as SMB has stated last year was a great turn out....and a day off work!

    unfortunately we are a minority on here.there will be hundreds of entries from people that dont go on THL and there fore will not even enter their heads that a boycott is proposed,so our few dogs that are not going will probably not make one bit of difference

    have made my call to them fell type as discussed,i have to say she was extremely sorry for the state of affairs,she asked if i would send her a copy of CMW to see how other shows have got around the problem ie how their ads have been worded.this i duly did today but wont hold my breath!!

    I'll correct you mate. Most pheasant keepers arent (IMO)that hot with terriers unless they also do it for recrreational purposes. Grouse keepers on the other hand could more than likely show some of the keyboard warriors on here a thing or two about terrierwork. Been out saturday and sunday with some grouse keepers and dug 5 sooked vixens and cubs on the edge of the hill. Accounted for three dog foxes at night as well. The decent grouse boys take no prisoners and know their stuff. Some should take a step back and look at themselves before brandishing bold statements about 'keeper

    any docked pup CAN be shown where no entry fee is charged..simple as...and in scotland docked pups can be shown at any free or charged show no matter what..simple as.. even though docking is illegal all together in scotland,DUH!!
