How could the lad handle 3 dogs any way sounds like they could ov bin abit outa control if he was alone, and if he was with his friends then a pack of dogs and a pack of lads with no permission! plus if the farmer was ther for 2hours you should ov bin well on to the fact you were straying on to his land, the farmer is outa order he could ov warned first but who knows how much shit hes taken over the years or how much stock hes lost who knows he could ov lost a few the day before and that was the nail in the coffin with them 3 dogs.

I think its fair to say that they are all Bulldogs in ther own wright well at least they all started out as bulldogs some were more of a fancy lets be honest none of us would cross a french bulldog or would we lol I think the proper Bull blood is the blood thats past all the tests and how some people can compare the blood of a staff or english bull terrier with the apbt is obsured yes ther is freak crosses with ebt and staffys that have prooved very good I personaly no of a few but the question is which will perform and which will continue to pass on its lineage to its off spring? contantl

A long time before Plummer (or anyone else!) started writing books on the 'virtues' of all an sundry crosses, there where Lurchers kept of unknown ancestry and breeding..... Worker to worker, with no definate 'type'..... THATS HOW GREAT BREEDS WERE FORMED ! GOOD POINT MATE

True and Like you said go to the performance breeder and its performance you shoulg get, when you said about filling three holes my order would be the same only if they were all from performance kennels it would be the Pit as the top bull dog then the Abull as the catch dog then the Dogo, you said game bred means a dog thats won many fights ? No mate its a dog thats bred down from Game parents and grandparents and so on a dog whos lineage is proven pit dogs but as we all no a good dog is were you find IT! thanks for your imput
-
I think the Dogo is a decent dog just like any orther working dog regardless of the job they all perform in there own way but I dont think as a catch dog they can be compared to the American Bulldog to name a few HOG HAMMER AND JJ owned by WHITENIGHT KENNELS or JOSHUA'S OLD SOUTHRN WHITE who is also good at herding cattle and are very clever dogs and awsome catch dogs that hold there pray and dont destroy it! plus any dog over 95 pounds will not be able to manouver well and stay out of trouble with violent Hogs that will put up a fight and are tough as feck It was mentioned that the doga

the world of fighting dogs, by Dr, Carl Semencic

If it wasnt for the fighting dogs of the past and the sport of bull baiting and dog fighting we would not have the game working breeds of today! plus I think there is a big diffrence with fighting pitbulls and petbulls,every1 to there own but I cant see how a fox getting pulled apart by 2 dogs is any less a sport than 2 game bred pitbulls going head 2 head, ime sure there has been worse injuries inflicted to hunting dogs than fighting dogs, thats just my opinion and I have read the book and the author has written some great books on the AMERICAN PITBULL TERRIER that for anyone with a lack -

I agree the Bulls have quality that not many dogs posses they can be a bit nippy with orther dogs but like some one said earlier it is how they are raised I have only ever had G-B Bulls and they are with out a doubt the most stable blood lines
-
