  1. Mine is a Lakey x Russell, but some people dont recognise white lakeys, so i just call her a Russell, its easier. She's 8 months old now and took 12 rats on Wednesday and 5 on Friday. nice LOOKING dogs, but they are all lakelandxrussel surely? i have seen some good dogs of this breeding, but are any of these working?

  7. Them plummers must be closely bred judging by the uniformity in their markings ?? they are like clones! from the photo all seem to have a white tip to the tail.

I met a bloke once on a hawking meet who told me he worked for the ministry of transport, he said they put down black rabbits for spreading mixi near motorways to keep numbers down to avoid accidents. He said the flea that spreads mixi favoured black fur and the black rabbit worked as a marker to show there was mixi put down in a particular area. He might have been full of shit but it sounds feasible ???? I read an article about raw meat versus cooked meat and the conclusion was cooked meat was better for the domesticated dog which is not a wild animal. I think it was on this site h

    Yes Dawn, i got info from an American site.     Apparently an independant panel of experts have assessed the 209 KC regd breeds and found the 12 breeds (that the BBC refused to braodcast) to be most at risk of genetic diseases and deformities.
