    I would let them in however I would film them while they are on your land as they are not there to help you, they are there to find fault with you and as they will no doubt have different ideas on animal husbandry you need to keep yourself covered in case it becomes your word against theirs. No convictions then no publicity and no public money coming in. This does not apply to all of the RSPCA as some are genuinely interested in the welfare of animals, yes it is true some are, however the ones that I am dealing with have left the RSPCA.     Yes it is a bit of old memory road. That black hooded male will produce some nice birds. About a week for the harris hawk to hatch if the do hatch. They are fertile so that is a good start.     I spent a small fortune in the earley 90's with a vet trying to clear up Bumblefoot in a tiercel peregrine. he took a swab from its foot and cultured it and decided the Drug of choice was Baytril, the bird was then operated on to remove some of the absess and litteraly put on Baytril on and off for near on 4 months and over.... After a £600 bill and still on the Baytril the vet said to me "Have you considered euthanasia"?
