    It was my understanding that the DANGER DOG ACT was held to be unworkable. I cannot find where it says all pit bull type dogs have got to be killed. Surely every dog should be judged on its personal merits as any breed of dog can be gentle or dangerous. I have dogs that are sometimes called Chinese fighting dog however all they want to do is run about being chased a playing. Notwithstanding what I have just said any breed of dogs can be dangerous. Generally speaking it is the way the dog is brought up that really matters therefore the laws should be directed at people more so than breed

    I have just been watching a programme on the police and they put down a dog that was friendly because it was a pit bull. Seen it mate.That so called police woman.Is a fecking fool.atb. Catcher 1 I have been looking for the legislation that says if a friendly dog that is not aggressive has to be killed because it looks like a pit bull. What about a big staffy which are great family dogs? Someone will always take on friendly dog so why kill them. I know I am going of topic but I have a soft spot for dogs.     How much was he on, because if they get rid of the top person they can use the money saved to feed Sean's birds rather than pulling their necks? Joking apart there no justification for killing the birds however it may show that the charity does not want people to keep birds.

    It is the same case but he did not have 20 birds as most of them had been passed on to other keepers.

    It gets better than that the RSPCA asked for Sean for money to send the birds to Spain: the man is on disability. What you have to ask yourselves is what would occur if you had your dog seized by an RSPCA court action for example hare coursing do you think the dog would go to a good home or will the healthy animal be destroyed? One man I was told left money to the RSPCA in his will and his beloved dogs: they spent his money and they were put to sleep as they were too old to re-home. To the RSPCA bum kisser if you have nothing constructive to say then you can say it best by saying nothing

    For what it is worth I am not guilty however it is not just my case I working on and not just my interests that I am working for. If people want to criticise me who I do not know it does not really bother me however if someone criticise me who knew me that would bother me so until then I am not bothered to any great extent other than it would be nice if people would read the facts of my case before start insulting me.

    I think you have to question the reason why someone who would claim to be a falconer would put such a negative thread on a hunting site about someone who he has not met just because I am petitioning the Prime minster to ask the police to do their job and investigate the RSPB in totality. Not just about me but about everyone that has been victimised by the RSPB and If people are not telling the truth then the police would take action for wasting police time however if people are telling the truth then the real guilty parties should be prosecuted.     Well friends of the ex-copper forced to resign for sexual harassment anyone would think that you did not want the Police to investigate the RSPB, however I do sometimes wonder why if I was so bad and the RSPB did not pervert the course of justice then what do RSPB sympathiser like you have to worry about if there is an investigation into the RSPB by the police? Yes of course the truth might not sit too well with you if it came out. That is why I have not been sued for what I am saying as I have the shield of truth.
