Hi mate launch the ox sping before it destroys your gun and get a titan xs main sping im my opinion they are excellent and if you can mate get yourself a metal well made spring guide this will make a big diffrence also as far as silencers go try and get a micheal tawn panther(slip on with grub scre) they work excellent on the this is if yours isn't one of the newer ones with the weirauch silencer on which is also excellent. atb wayne

Back up for sale: Hi all the time has come to sell my theoben rapid mk2 with sporter trigger it will come with a evo vortex silencer 400cc bottle and a 12 shot magazine and mounts,the rifle has been used for hunting so does have some marks nothing bad. i have removed the at cap for fine tuneing,the rifle shoots as it should and is doing 11.6ftlbs with accuppels the price i am looking for is £490 sorry but the scope is not included. i will only do a face to face deal i will not post. http://s978.photobucket.com/albums/ae262/wayney123/rapid%20mk2/ atb wayne.

Seems a bit expensive to be honest mate for an unscoped rifle thats 6yr old. All the best with the sale Kyle Ok mate but I paid more than £520 for it so I don't really want to loose to much money on it.

Hi craig it has the sporter trigger this really is a excellent rifle in good condition,this rifle has never let me down,I still can't find my lead for my camera to put pics up hopefully it will turn up soon.

Can't beleive no ones interested in this fantastic rifle,it's a very accurate rifle and has accounted for 100's of rabbits pigeons etc.....

Hi just checking if anyones interested in buying a theoben rapid mk2 in .22 its regulated i beleive this rifle was made in 2004, the rifle is a very accurate and running at 11.6ftlbs with accuppels, the rifle is in good condition it has a few small marks on the stock but nothing to noticeable unless your looking for them. i will only do a face to face deal so that i know your happy with what you are getting, i live in alnwick northumberland, the price i am looking for my theoben is £520 i will try and put some pics up when i find the lead for my camera. thanks wayne.

thanks for the replys some usefull information there, i shot the woodys from roughly about 30yrds i will try shooting the head the next time and hopefully it will die straight away as i do have respect for the quarry im shooting and nothing goes to waste it's either fed to the ferrets or given to a guy i work with who eats most of what i shoot.

I have a air arms s400 in 177 and tonight i shot two wood pigeons in the chest just below the neck i expected them to drop dead but they flew off, could anyone tell me where there kill zone is, is it just the head or is there another part of the body, i didn't seem to have a problem killing them when i hit them in the same place with my hw80 in 22. i think the air arms is great but cant help wishing it was a 22.

Hi all just thought i would introduce myself on here my name is wayne im 30yrs old and hunt around the northumberland area,rats,rabbits etc i own a patterdale terrier bitch and a Hw airrifle, i also take my dad's collie greyhound and bedlington whippet out with me,i do a bit of ferreting to,anways i hope to get some pics on here of my hunting for you lads to look at as i enjoy looking at your dog's hunting etc................

Get a Hw80 you will have a gun for life, it's a little heavy though but robust and built to last..............
