yes mate,all done in the field.just take hold of a pinch of skin(make sure its just skin and not guts!)and use the point of your knife to "nick" the skin just above the groin and slide it up to the bottom of the ribcage. turn rabbit over and most of the guts will fall out,put fingers up into ribcage and pull the stomach out.job done. other ways to do it but thats how i do it!whichever way you do it,be careful to just go under the skin with the knife.no deeper!otherwise you'll cut into the guts :sick: CHEERS PIT------------------ -------------JACK
