  1. Thanks fellas , so there is some science in this then ! I have had the thought about stones for ammo being an issue . Just no consistency because of the irregular shape and weight . Ok so what do you use to work a band/ammo coefficient?
  2. That sounds plausible !! I don't remember any of this being an issue with the old school black widows or diablo , why are they not popular any more ??
  3. Seriously am I the only person that thinks that most catty designs are shit , and the bands slapping you and ammo smashing hands /knuckles is unbrraunbearable. I fired 5 stones yesterday and the 5th took a nice slice out of the back of my hand between thumb and finger. For all the "design" that goes into them I would have thought someone, somewhere would have got round this !! I'm seriously thinking of designing and make a hunting powered SAFE catty for my self then maybe to sell . The only down side to that is in not very good with a catty and don't understand the science of m

  13. Makes my toes curl reading this stuff .. My worst worry is I won't get my orders to my customers fast enough. If it's not in the post the day it's paid for its either a Sunday or something totally unavoidable has happened . You read this so much with "custom craft" stuff . I'm recon that's the third "maker" I've read about that does /did this .. RK on here did it , that fish fella I'm told did it , now GK ....
