  1. First off I'm in County Durham, don't let the name fool you. The meat was for human consumption, I know with all the ho-haaa around food these days that ordering a full lamb for example is big business right now. All I was after was if anyone knew of any decent farms offering this. I'm off to a local farmers market tomorrow so hopefully I should score there.
  2. Does anyone on here ever order meat online? I'm talking of thingls like half/full lambs etc? If so would you mind posting up some links for me please. I imagine most of you are responsible for your own meat though, but worth a shot.
  3. Get a copy of Land Rover owner mag and have a look for Colway tyres. I got a complete set for my Frontera, brand new on Weller white steels for £375. Got the address from the mag. I had the full MT's but you can get AT's as well depending on what your using the car for and if you want to keep fuel consumption down.
  4. Always loved my Fronty. Went everywhere a Landy went but had the added bonus of heat and door seals that kept water out . Used to love off road days, wish I still had her.

I'd go Colways too. Cheap and perform well. MT's increase petrol consumption somewhat when ran on tarmac but are great offroad. AT's as advised above aren't as bad on fuel but are not as good off road. Depends on what you want really. I think they do a Bear Claw replica too now, mate of mine ran these and he reckons they were fantastic. I got a full set of brand new MT's on Weller white steels for £375 when I had my Frontera.
  6. Cheers for the welcome guys. Scott, I'm in Stanley mate. Where are you based?
  7. Hello all, completely new to the forums so please be gentle. Know absolutely nothing about field sports at all, although I do have a few good friends who participate in various activities. Basically came on to gain some knowledge, especially of airgun use, fishing and rabbiting. I'm trying to begin a self sustained lifestyle (allotment on the way for fruit, veg and chicken livestock/eggs) and would like to include fishing and airgun hunting to the lifestyle for obvious reasons (and allotment pest control too). Now that may sound very sad to some of you but to me it's a very personal thing w
