    Black is the new grey. It looks pretty non-indigenous to me which is usually a good enough reason wipe it out. Sooner the better if we can learn from the mistakes we made with grey.

    I agree I probably use the term more for the "chavs and hoodies". Being a traditionalist I actually have a lot of respect for the old Romany travellers with their horse drawn caravans. A bit less respect for the transit driving tarmacers and other rip-off merchants though.

    I have no problem with pikeys or gypos either. Each to their own but I don't play the race card and take no notice when it is played against me. I can't get offended by verbal insults as they are just words and I can't take anyone seriously who gets worked up over names or labels. Remember the old saying; "sticks and stones ..................................." So to all pikeys, pakis, scots, aussies and brits ................calm down dear it's only a name

    Same with p***y, it's not an insult it's just a name or a label we give you just like you give us the label of Gorger. It's the same debate we had about calling Pakistanis - Pakis. Its an abreviation and a label just like Brits, Scots, Aussies, Gypos etc etc. Why do minority groups always use the race card against us? It's just a name, just a word, don't get offended it's not worth it.

    No, my interpretation is that STA Order deals with what you can do with what trap and the Pests Act adds extra restrictions on top of that for rabbits. I just can't see how, in a court of law, you can challenge the wording of the Pests Act. (sadly)

    Funny how all minorities get very offended by the slightest names or labels but the white english majority have to take anything thrown at them. Well the white english majority now demand a level playing field. Gorger and p***y are either both racist or both inocent labels but you can't have your cake and eat it. Minorities are too quick to play the racist card and hide behind their own racism.

    I still don't see anything that overides the Pests Act as far as using spring traps in the open. It seems pretty clear to me (as clear as most muddy pest control law is that is) that spring traps in the open (tunnel or not) would be illegal.

    And p***y just means traveller. You can't have it both ways. If you can use labels so can we. I can't believe that a tough old bare-knuckle fighting p***y is hurt by a name. I also didn't think that pikeys would be that politically correct. Also if ni**ers can call us honkeys then why can't we call them ni**ers? And as for P*kis don't get me started.

    I still believe it is illegal to set spring traps for rabbits in the open. Only permissible in rabbit holes. Pests Act 1954

    I think you are reading too much into this that just isn't there. Guns are a powerful and dangerous weapon, if you are going to kill someone then a gun is a good choice. If they used pea-shooters on the video it wouldn't convey the same message.

    Call me "Mr Thicky Pants" if you like but I can't see what the problem is. Surely they are just having a go at people who hate children. I don't read any anti hunt or anti shooting thing going on there. Just a violent analogy which is presumably what they are after. Do they have a history of being anti shooting?

    I may be wrong but I thought it was illegal to set spring traps in the "open" to kill rabbits (artificial tunnels or not).

    It's not even a nick name, it's an abreviation. I don't see the Brits, Scots, Ozzies, Danes, Yanks .................... complaining so why have the Pakis got a problem. Who decided that an abreviation was racist? I bet it wasn't a Paki. It would have been a lefty Brit.

    What page of the Act is that AF? I'm sure you are right but I have never noticed that one. It could be a useful one to quote to bunny hugging customers.
