I think part of the reason that there not widely used in USA is that they are illegal to keep in some states, for fear of them escaping and hybridising with the native White Footed Ferret, and perhaps others. black footed

might as well, im sure they just make up half of em as they go anyway,1st rule if a landowner or tenant is obviously not controling pests you have an automatic right to.trespass law would also be disreguarded in these circumstances.
