    great little dogs mate if you get the right lines hard as nails and game enough to tackle things bigger and heavier than themselves i also think its easier getting your foot in the door when asking farmer/landowner for permission when youve got what looks like a cute little whippet on lead rarther than a 26 inch plus yeti looking thing with you

    lads these fast rabbits were all caught by the 1 whippet they were nt kicked up the arse but they werent givin lots off law for 2 reasons first they were either caught by the dog or barrelled in the seat by a c..t with a shotgun/or rifle if i didnt thin them out id lose my permission second reason as you can see the dogs a whippet and in these fields where we were you couldnt give them too much law as they would be through a gate /hedge and away like i said we need to control them i love seeing these little powerhouses fly up to their quarry in a big field but you have to take what you can

    weve got some massive rats here some are nearly 25 stone big moody rats pompey knows the score

    not sure mate i suppose all dogs different id say growth wise theyd be done about 12 months like i said all dogs are different id say they take longer to mature even know theyve stopped growing my dog is i hope the finished article in both ways now

    fence hopper hes about 21 half inches 34 lb ish hes off mike brown lines glen cross molly keen as f..k plenty off stamina and fast enough for fast rabbits hes 2 in feb and every time hes slipped gives a 110 per cent cant ask any more than that good little marking /ferreting dog these whippets are do or die merchants when working your heart is in your mouth when there crashing into hedges /cover at full speed but isnt that why we have running dogs .

    the reason i. got a mike brown bred dog is ive always fancied a whippet i had orded one of mike nearly 20 years ago but my circumstances changed at the time and i couldnt get it . i had a whippet type and a three quarter whippet/grey beblington which were great little workers especially ferreting /bushing .ive got a 9 year old greyhound quarter beddie ive had since a pup i thought it time to bring a pup on for next season so thats when i decided to ring mike ,he explained when his litter was due and i orded my pup jake now 11 months i know you cant please everybody in the dog game but i take

    yes mate i have 1 11 months old solid as f.ck only had him on rabbits mostly with lamp couple of times ferreting cant wait till next season get him on the hares we have blue and brown hares here so should have good crack their that kneen from mikes line its hard to hold them back but needs must roll on next season ill keep you informed my mate on here has one as well he s 7 months so were holding him back letting him watch he ll be ready next year as well cant wait

    you ve had a good day there i had a run on the whites last week used to be thousands here on the rock they seem a lot more scarce now theres a hill shoot here they just shoot f..ck out of them and leave them :gunsmilie plenty of brown models here which is good
