You’d think there would be a rush for people to state what they believe in but sadly no .Your all here watching waiting .Nows your time to shine lads . Dont be embarrassed ,I get its personal but please someone just tell me what the fuss is about .If there’s a god he / she must have a form in the minds eye ,must have a way to communicate and what’s so appealing about your god .

What you describe Sean is just living your life to decent ideals . Nothing spiritual in that .I’m confused why you blur the lines between decent living and believing in god .I’m ok with anyone’s choice I just find it strange no one can answer simple questions on it .

It’s getting tough Francie I can see that but avoiding the issues isn’t the way forward is it .You have a strong faith so what is it you believe in .I don’t need the evolution thing either even though it’s all around us ,minute yes but it’s there .To not see it requires a devotion such as yours . My thesis is based on this mate and please correct me if I’m wrong . To be in a position to need a third party to turn to to run your life you need to be weak willed and of a disposition that allows a person to think beyond we can see ,touch or hear . Now I’m a very balanced person ,calm and educated with a decent brain for getting on in life but I’m damned if I can see the logic behind believing in something so far fetched and archaic . No insult meant mate just need clarification from someone who does believe please .

My point sorely missed mate was that history has shown religion to be used as a cloak for all manner of evils .Why then was it not so that the originator sought to manipulate the masses with a well thought out plan to keep those ,shall we say weak for a want of a better word ,inline .A cult developed and spread but now it’s on the wane . So the good book can lead astray as well as guide is what I’m getting at Francie and has served to mask tyrants in history .They no doubt thought they were untouchable because of their beliefs . You being a good person dosnt make up for their wrong doings . Im suggesting we all have human failings with or without religion but throughout history people have used it to their own ends much like the writers of your good book I’d say .
