    OK ill let him out later and ill get up eariler im up at 6 for him evry morning..........in the day he yap for a wee at the door I have a nine week whippet and she is crate trained, she has not wee'd in the house the very odd occasion in the crate, but the back door is left slightly open, so she goes out now and she also cries to go out, gets a bit chilly for me though, but its better than permantly walking round with a cloth in your hand.     i did for a week to slept down stairs that might be part of the problem is the pup missing you sleeping domn stairs. might be getting worked up on a night cause your not with her/him. my mums dog is really bad if my mum goes to bed and leaves her down stairs i stopped that two weeks ago
