Citizenship does not label you as Scottish, English or Welsh, you are labelled as British, you are also a British national. He is as English as Boris Johnson mate.

It's like a colour chart, you can see all the different colours but it's impossible to point out the exact spot where yellow becomes orange, where orange becomes red, etc. Trying to categorize the human race is very similar.

Agree, but where is the line drawn mate, go back even further than white European blood and that makes us black African blood. We can't say British is a thing and then imply we are interchangable with other white Europeans. No British patriot would ever label a Spanish man as British, even though are culture and genetics are more similar than say, an Africans.
